Tara and Willow were boring together But I'm not sure what liking Tara and Willow has to do with disliking Kennedy, which seems to be the reason a lot of people hate Kennedy, yet they don't hate Oz, or think Willow moved on from Oz too quickly with Tara. I thought Kennedy was what Willow needed at that time, she needed to move on and she did.

It seems to be the way with a lot of people. They like one ship, so as soon as a character moves on, they hate it for that reason.
Maybe if there was a season 8, and Kennedy had a bit more time to be explored, people could learn to love her a bit.

I thought Kennedy was what Willow needed at that time, she needed to move on and she did. I didn't like Oz. But not because of Tara or whatever. He just bored me, and so did Tara sometimes. That's why I thought Kennedy was refreshing. She was someone Willow was with that had a personality.

I was indifferent to Kennedy. I don't think Willow had to move on in that respect but it's ok that she did. Kennedy never struck me as malicious just strong willed and opinionated. For most part i was indifferent to most of the potentials. There were just too many for me to care about.

I reckon the main Reson people (including Me) Dislike Kennedy is because from the word go she had that hint of arrogance about her, and then she became Arrogant, When she was with Willow doing scenes it was Okay. She wasnt The worse potential though, I liked her in the last episode. Other than that Her Personality is pretty...(for lack of better words) Crap. Someone liek Kennedy has to have a lovable side, so fans can enjoy the chracter, I couldnt find any at all.

I disliked her fom the moment she entered the house and looked at Buffy and said "so this is the Slayer" and just had a look on her face that made me want to turn the tv off. It was ure arrogance and rudeness from the get-go.

So, do people think the show would have been better without Kennedy, or are you just saying she's someone you wouldn't choose as a friend?

Well, to be honest, Willow needed Kennedy. I wouldnt have her as a friend though. IMO, the show would be better without her. But, thats cause I was ad when Tara died. If Tara was alive-there would be no kennedy

I dont like kennedy cause she mean and bossy but i like her more than tara. tara let willow get away with her magic abuse too long, never stood up to her even when she knew it wrong, like bringing buffy back, never did anything til she left willow. kennedy helped willow with her magic even when she scared of her losing control. she was good for willow

Her effect on Willow was a Positive One, she made Willow happy but Kennedys personality is not one i'd like to see near Willow at all, It would be like me walking into any of your lives and trying to take charge, Her Character makes me Cringe, but I think She was needed on the show, for Willow, and for the other potentials.

I think she was great for Willow, despite her demeanor.
I've had a couple of friends whose partners I hate - and it's never about the partner's personality; it's about how they treat my friend, and how they make them feel.

It's funny, isn't it?
As a character, Tara's less abrasive than Kennedy, but in the grand scheme of things, Kennedy was better for Willow.
