I would like to participate in this too, but I am skipping this weeks movie. Thats one movie I never wanted to watch and yes I know this about watching movies we usually wouldn't, that is one I actively said "I do not want to see, at all."  |

There are movies on there I probably wouldn't watch normally but would if they were chosen but I am not going to sit through a movie I decided ages ago I didn't want to see. For some movies its not a matter of "Oh i wouldn't usually watch that" this is a matter of "I really don't want to watch that". I don't get a lot of free time to watch movies so I'm not going to spend it watching a movie I don't want to see.

I think we should keep doing this. If someone else wants to pick a next one, go for it. Beck, I think those movies were picked because someone really liked them, so I'm sure you'd like something about each of those movies that you thought you might not like before.  |

That is a sequel not a remake, some movies were put on the list as a set (like Star Wars Original Trilogy, LOTR) because they are all worth watching as a set but others were chosen just as the first movie (or the second). Legally Blonde I think went on the list on its own not as a set.
