yeh seson 5 it just seemed like they were getting hammered on everything they tried to acomplish and I hated it when Will left to work for the VP. I expected to hate Josh when he left too but the way it played out I was actually rooting for him to go and make it work with Santos. I love CJ as the chief of staff too, couldn't have been a more perfect choice but I think at some point she needs to be more forceful.
I just watched 365 days and I love it when Leo comes charging in and forces everybody to raise their game and regain their focus, he does it in 'Let Bartlet Be Bartlet' and a few other episodes and it always great!

I could never hate Josh!! He's pretty much my favourite TV character. I don't like when he's in the doghouse in Season five over the whole Tom Skerrit thing (can't remember the characters name). When he goes mental and yells at the hill? Bit dodge. Did enjoy The Supremes with Glenn Close. Very woman power And i liked when CJ and Donna got locked in and she told her off about Josh. And of course Donna getting blown up was awesome story wise. I just Leo in general. He certainly has rallied the troups a few times. I have to say his Barlet for America moment is an all time fave. John Spencer was brilliant

yeh John Spencer definately was awsome. I agree about Josh in season 5, sure he screwed up but did they really have to punish him for that long! Toby has made similar mistakes and he didn't get treated that badly! The last 5 episodes of season 5 are fantastic! they were so good, especially The Supremes, that I wouldn't give my nanna the set back until I'd watched them 4 times I was watching Freedonia on the train today and I liked Santos before but his live one minute ad was excellent, thats the kind of thing that would sway me to vote for him in a real election

I said the same thing after watching Freedonia Jimmy Smits is wonderful. Definitely the kind of politician you wish we could really have. Bartlet is like that too. I mean, who wouldn't vote for him?!? I've loved Alan Alda since his Hawkeye days and i think he is great as Vinick. Actually Vinick is pretty cool in general . I like that the candidates aren't polar opposites and i while i'd never go against a WW Democrat (or a real life one for that matter) Vinick would give you a moments pause. I wasn't sure about Helen Santos at the start but she slowly and surely won me over and by the end of season 7 i think she's awesome. She's not as experienced and relaxed as Abbey and i like that. She knows she's in totally over her head but loves her husband so is supporting him.

Abbey is getting on my nerves at the moment, she's worried about Bartlets' MS but she's taking it out a lot on CJ, which she obviously doesn't need. I'm not so sure on Helen at the moment either but I thats just because it seems like she hates Josh for 'dragging' Matt into it. Vinick would be awsome if he was a democrat , he has a good presence, he's not souless like some republicans and he had the conviction to really say what he believes instead of taking the pledge like with the ethnol thing in Iowa. I think Vinick and will playout the election fairly, keeping to the policy debates instead of backstabbing at every opportunity I just watched 'A Good Day' last night. Toby talking about his brother had me blubbering like a baby! and the Josh fight was really funny. After 365 days I was expecting them to be a bit more enthusiastic about bringing in some big policy but it hasn't happened yet, but hopefully something good will get done in there soon

That scene at the end between Toby and CJ is so well done by both of them I had a few tears the first time i saw it. Thats one of the best episodes of S6 all round i think. But while i understand why the fight came about i'm not sure Josh and Toby would really get to that point with each other And it was kind of a pathetic fight Flashes of Colin Firth and Hugh Grant in Bridget Jones.

I dunno both their emotions were really high, Josh was upset that Toby was backing a candidate that could take points from Santos at a stage when they needed every one they could get, and Toby is angry because he thinks Josh has betrayed him by going off with Santos and not even discussing it with him. I think with frineds that are that close when all this goes on theres gotta be an explosion, just a shame neither of them know how to fight

well I'm on the final leg now, watched the first 4 episodes of season 7 last night. the opening scene was awsome! brillient idea to keep people hanging like that just a shame I already know who wins I was shocked that Toby was the leak about Nasa, I knew it couldn't have been CJ but its not something you expect from Toby and I can't wait to see how it plays out.

You really didn't peg Toby? As the President says later on he was always on the course for self destruction Season 7 really is fabulous. I loved pretty much every single episode I'm keen to hear your opinion on the debate when you get to it. Some people have loved it and some have hated it. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground there I liked the opening scene too with the flash forward. But i didn't like that Charlie didn't seem to be on a personal level with Jed anymore - means him and Zoe didn't work out

I thought about Toby but then dismissed it because I thought he wouldn't go THAT low! for some reason I thought it could have been Margaret I've never really trusted her. I like the idea idea of the live debate so I can't wait to get to it, but I'm more likely than not to love it. I agree about Charlie, which is a shame I always though he and Zoey would end up together, and I'm still not loving CJ and Danny

I'm keen to hear your opinion on the debate when you get to it. Some people have loved it and some have hated it. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground there seems I've found the middle ground I didn't absolutely love it but it wasn't the worst episode ever. I think the content was ok but with it being live it lost come of the drama and effect, brave thing to do though. I think out of the two Santos came out looking a lot stronger than Vinic, so that will be interesting to see what it does to the polls

Just finished watching all the Leo episodes I thought 'requiem' was brilliently done, honoured the character and John Spencer. Ok I'll admit I was wrong about CJ and DannyI'm starting to love it, but I still hate some of Danny's character traits like how he never answers a question straight its irritating

Trust you to be the different one Tash You like Amy and everyone else on the planet hates her.... you think the debate was ok and don't love it or hate it..... I've got mine all farmed out to different people at the moment Its a shame because i had a hankering to watch 17 People at midnight last night.

Ah thats the price you pay for spreading the West Wing word! And whats the point in thinking the same as everybody else! I like how the writers keep throwing Amy in that must have really irritated everyone that hates her, especially when Santos offers her a job I think I need watch the debate again it was wbout 1am when I watched it

I had a hankering last night to watch that scene from Season 1 where Josh, Toby, Charlie and POTUS are playing basketball. Cracks me up I have to watch it at least three times.

This is pretty much just for Tash because she's the only other WW fan on here. Which is a total shame by the way, because its one of the best TV shows ever made..... Anyway, the best Josh and Donna video i have ever seen youtube.com/watch?v=EbF-oWFK4Ts
