Seeing as how we are all addicted to TV I thought we could have a discussion on which we enjoy the most, the best wrtitten, the best acted shows currently on TV

Well i watch four of those on that list but it i would have to say Prison Break is my favourite. It is just so damn smart and the acting from everyone is very good indeed.

I've kindof gone off prison break a bit, I really don't like the cop thats hunting them, plus I don't think all the acting is spot on Micheal is often way over the top.
It was a tough choice for me I was torn between Grey's and Heroes. I choose Grey's simply because I have more of a connection to the characters and the storylines, but I think the wrtiting is evenly matched but I think Heroes would win on the acting side

I said Grey's, because I think it is has got better writing than Lost, which is another favorite. Lost is more exciting though.

I voted Heroes. The only other one on the list that I watch is Lost, and the only show that could almost get a vote from me under "Other" is 24.
But Heroes is my favourite at the moment.

Yeah, Heroes is excellent, but it's so new compared to some of the others. I also like Law and Order SVU, Elliot and Olivia are

I just went off the tv threads that had the most replies to put in the poll, but I figured most people watched atleast two of the shows listed. I love ER a lot too Nico but its been going so long I kind of put it in a whole other catagory, I think ER is my comfort tv, like Buffy

I understand that Tash, Ive only saw about 4 episodes of greys (because they show doubles on sundays) but i need to see more to judge how good it is, I wonder if ER Is ever going to end, when you think about the main characters, Greene died, carter left, Romano died, carrie left, I wonder if Luca is one of the main people holding it together, becaus eof the length of tim hes been there, and abbey!

I don't think anything else on that list compares to Lost. Every week I get so excited to watch it. I never have gotten so excited to watch a show before - not even Buffy (eeek!).

LOL, Glenn! Shh! Anyway, I voted for Grey's Anatomy. I don't know if I like the way the show is going, but it is definitely drama filled. I love the actors, and I know the next episode especially will be dramtic.

I voted for Prison Break, because of it's overwhelming intensity, very well-developed characters, great acting and amazing story plots. It's just overall an amazing show

I voted for Heroes, though I havent seen any Prison Break and have heard its awesome. Also on that list I love House and Greys Anatomy. CSI I like but not as much as I used to. I love SVU too Liz, its one of my favourite shows.
Lost got very boring imo :dunno:

I'm really enjoying Lost right now. I did find much of season two boring, though it picked up towards the end. So far, though, season 3 has been great, the best it's ever been (aside from the first episode. That was crap).

Beck if you haven't watched Lost in a while, it has gotten a lot better than the beginning of season three. A lot of mysteries are being solved.
House is my second favorite on the list. I don't really watch any of the other ones regularly.

Mmmm thing is the characters on Lost never interested me much when i was watching it, things were going stupid, so I had nothing to convince me to keep watching. And I'm not picking up watching it in season 3 when I havent seen any of season 2, it would confuse me. Plus its not really a show that interests me at all. I gave it a chance and eh.

Yep, same thing happened with me, Beck. I watched the first season, and at first I loved it but then it started spinning its wheels. It got so boring, and nothing was ever discovered. If I tried to go back now, I would be confused and just end up giving it up again.
