Love it!
It makes me happy that the cast still acknowledge the show and still talk about it even though most of them have moved to other shows.
Unlike some other Jossverse actors who refuse to talk about their previous shows. *cough*DB*cough*

“Joss Whedon has signed an exclusive deal with Marvel Studios for film and television through the end of June 2015. As part of that deal, Whedon will write and direct Marvel’s The Avengers 2 as well as help develop a new live action series for Marvel Television at ABC. He will also contribute creatively to the next phase of Marvel’s cinematic universe.”

Not surprising. They licensed the rights to the product out and now are stopping bootleggers. Not that I am saying that is fair but when you pay money for something wouldn't you expect to have sole rights on that product? in fact, doesn't it make home made Jayne hats that much more wanted? Aim to misbehave and snatch one up! It would be so funny to see them in a retail store  |

I'm not a proponent of cheating in any way, shape or form. Its a total deal breaker and f**king bullshit as far as I'm concerned. In saying that, it doesn't change what he's created, or my view of his career and his art. He is still responsible for Buffy, Firefly, The Avengers, a perfect adapation of Much Ado etc etc. So while he might not be a great man (actually sounds like a total asshole by this account), he's still a great writer and director. Doesn't effect my love for his creations at all.

Agreed 100%. Even creative geniuses can be shit people. I did start doubting his feminism after following him on Twitter. He says some nasty shit about women sometimes, so I had to unfollow.  But Buffy will always be my absolute favorite. |

The problem is we don't know any other side to this story but hers and she's the ex. Exes say a lot of things. I'm not saying he wasn't an asshat in their relationship, he probably was. That doesn't change the work he's done. It is unfortunate but a lot of celebrities are not good people and that doesn't make their work any less good. (Except Tom Cruise because I see him and I see crazy  ) |

I didn't even know they split up.
Didn't his Wonder Women scrip got leaked recently and was slammed for being anti-feminist/misogynistic? So there could be some truth to her story.
Of course I wish it wasn't true and there's two sides to the story. Still love the work he has done. But I can't help but be a tad disappointed by this.
Btw, why is the website shutting down? Is it solely because of what his wife is accusing him of?
