I imagine there will have still been some magical residue left over. Though at the moment i cant think of another spell that was cast that had stuck around for a while after it was broken.

Sweet left them with the song I think, he went away spreading magick over them didn't he?

Did he? I thought that magic in the air was just his fancy exit . Perhaps it was magic for one more song.

Personally I always saw it as a fancy way of exiting. Being the demon he was it didn't suprise me as much The last song feels like it just came naturally for them since they had been singing for days and was now stumped about things.. I don't know.. that's how I saw it anyway

I wouldn't say it was because it came naturally to them. Breaking out in song is one thing, but as a group all knowing the right lyrics is another - it had to be magic, or they're psychic.

Nah, he spread the last song. It was his last change for mischief!

Been watching this episode a few times lately! Can't remember what my original favourite choice is but I love Walk threw the fire and I'll never tell.

I love Walk Through the Fire, too! I had my iPod on shuffle on a road trip the other day, and Sweet's song came on, and I liked it a lot more than I remember liking it.

I watched this a couple of weeks ago and the songs were stuck in my head for about a week It made me want to watch it all from season 1 again too.

I watch Buffy every morning while I get ready for work and I'm on the second disc of season 6, but it is so used I can no longer watch it! The menu doesn't even load. I'm on OMWF but wasn't able to watch it. I'm going to have to get a new season 6. If it's on BR, I guess I can start my Buffy BR collection.

Is Buffy on BR? I don't remember seeing it or Angel on BR. I heard they are releasing Firefly on BR in this special edition steel book set. Looks pretty cool.

No, right after I posted that, I looked on Amazon and it's still not on BluRay. I don't think I can wait to buy S6 for the BluRay version to come out.

Do they even have plans to have a BR version for Buffy? I read somewhere it couldn't happen because of the type of film it was shot with and the size ratio (wide-screen/full screen thingy). Or my mind is completely making this up.

No I read that too. The conversion would cut out some of the sides of the shot (I believe) but I feel like the technology should be there to be able to convert it without messing up the frame, but what do I know!?

It speaks a lot for the musical when I can look at each title and hear the song play in my head when it's been YEARS since I watched this episode. It's a toss up between Rest in Peace, Standing, and Walk Through the Fire for me.
