I'm not sure if this will work very well, but we can try it. So what happens is I put a song down and the next poster rates it on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being crap, 10 awesome), then posts a song for the next person to rate and so on... get it? Good. Doesn't have to be a song you like either!
