I liked the Madonna episode I am not a huge Madonna fan but I thought the song choices were great, the storyline was very good and all in all it was one of the show's strongest episodes. I particularly love the hair comments . I thought the last episode was poor though.

I saw the new ep Home and I didn't think it was all that great either. Is it just me or does the new eps since the return have more songs in them than storyline? It's annoying. Plus, Home only had one song I knew and that made the episode all the more boring. I found some info on the Joss episode: Whedon episode of Glee that will air later this season. 20th Century Fox revealed the episode this Monday when they released their season finale slate for May.
The episode titled “Dream On” will guest star Neil Patrick Harris (Whedon’s Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog). Harris will play Mr. Schuester’s former high school nemesis who causes trouble for the Glee club. Rachel (Lea Michelle) struggles with a life-long personal issue, and Artie’s (Kevin McHale) dreams take him on an adventure. Additional guest stars for this episode will include Molly Shannon as wise-cracking Volleyball coach that loathes Sue Sylvester, Idina Menzel as the coach of Vocal Adrenaline and Jonathan Groff as the sly Jesse St. James.
The episode will air on Fox Tuesday May 18.And on another note, I can't stop listening to Glee's version of What It Feels Like For Girl. I think it's amazing.

I think it sucks. By far the worst of that episode. That song sang in boy band style is just insulting Sue Sylvester is fast becoming one of my favourite characters on TV at the moment. She really does rock

I missed this post... Umm the whole reason i liked it so much was all the songs and how well done they were (except for What it feels like.... That was wrong ). Do you even like Madonna? I've loved her music since i was about 5. She is my favourite female artist by a mile and i think shes a legend. Maybe you just didn't understand it from people like me's perspective. Yeah I don't really care much for Madonna. Can't really stand her that much actually. Her songs are ok and I enjoyed them in the episode but that's about it.

It was a sad episode I thought, especially the last song. But I wasn't thrilled with it. One thing I liked about this ep was that there was an actual story in it instead of cramming it with songs. Rachel finds out who her birth mother is. Who didn't see that coming? I still think Joss should write an episode of Glee.

I thought the episode was pretty shoddy although I LOVED the audition, NPH hits those high notes so good. I also loved them singing in the bar but everything else wasn't really that interesting for me. I love Sue, we need more of her .

I haven't seen that one yet, last night was the Olivia Newton-John one. It wasn't the best episode but it was ok. Sucked in Rachel! She bugs me Loved seeing Sue with her sister, it was nice to see she is nice to one person, without wanting anything in return. Emma was good in this too, I like Will but he IS being a jerk.

Probably one of the best scenes in that episode. ;D There should have been more! There weren't enough Sue in that episode I thought.

I don't think so. Usually for a big cast like this, they would go for the Supporting roles. But I could be wrong.

From what I have read she is favourite to receive nomination/win when nominees are announced for best Supporting actress. With her closest competition being Kristen Wiig from Saturday Night Live and Jane Krakowski from 30 Rock. It isn't even just her dialogue that is hilarious it is the way she delivers it to. I loved when she had Madonna play everywhere in the School except for Emma's office .

Aha - yes, they were nominated for the Golden Globes last year - they won Best TV series (musical or comedy), Matthew Morrison was nominated for Best Actor, Lea for Best Actress, and Jane Lynch for Best Supporting.

Yeah, I figured that if anyone would go for lead, it would be Lea and Matthew.
I think Lynch has a better chance of winning an award if she goes for Supporting in my opinion - even though she probably deserves lead.
And my goodness, if people start playing Madonna songs everywhere I go, the world must be ending!!!

Interview with Joss - www.tvismypacifier.com/?p=4952Some quotes- What was it like working with Neil again?Whedon- I am so tired of that guy. Why do they always make me direct Neil? Why the pain? Neil is a consummate pro and a dear friend, which is an ideal combination. There’s no problem. My only complaint was that I wanted to shoot even more of the kids than I got to, that and certain craft service issues about not having caviar, but really that’s in my …, actually. I feel like he’s one of those people who expresses the way I wish I could express myself. He’s like a muse, and he’s friends with Matt. The sort of rivalry/affection between them just informed the whole thing so much. We had such a good time. He came in the day after the Oscars, the day before How I Met Your Mother. He fit this into his schedule in the most bizarre fashion. I even got him and Jane Lynch to come in late on Friday night after finishing How I Met Your Mother, just so that we could knock a scene off because the schedule was so hard for him. Always cooperative, always imaginative; Neil’s the man.Are there other shows that you’d like to direct? What are some of the other shows that you enjoy, that you’re a fan of?Whedon- I’m going to just go ahead and make a blanket statement. I don’t want to direct the shows I’m a fan of anymore. It means I always have to read the episodes that come before it. It’s like a giant slew of spoilers that quite frankly is not fair. I would say after Glee, Friday Night Lights is probably the show that blows me away the most. But, I definitely don’t want to direct one of those, because I’m still on Season 2.
