To tie in with Beck's Fruit thread, what vegetables do you like? How do you like them made? Anything you don't like?
I love potato in any way, pumpkin (especially baked), sweet potato, peas, corn, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, swede, zucchini.... A cafe where I used to have lunch every day made the best cold-vegetable-salad.
I hate onion and capsicum.

I'm the person who doesn't eat vegetables. I only eat cucumbers and lettuce in my burgers. I don't mind coleslaw.
Though ever since I've been in NZ, I've become a huge fan of cauliflower and cheese.
Can't stand any other vegetables.

I love veggies. Carrots (raw or cooked), potatoes (any form), cauliflower (raw), cucumbers, corn, mmm.. The only veggies I can't stand are peas. They're too mushy and blah.

I am a fan of potato and sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots, spring onions, red onions, corn (only on the cob though), capsicum, green beans, peas (not tinned ), lettuce, beetroot, tomatoes (yeah, yeah they are a fruit). HATE mushrooms. Fungus is evil. I am allergic. Not a fan of squash, eggplant, cucumber, asparagus or cauliflower.

I like most vegetables. The only ones I can think of that I don't particularly like are squash and asparagus. I also will only eat mushrooms or onion cooked in things that I can barely taste. And I HATE brussel sprouts.

I've never had sweet potato chips, must try that.
I've been kinda craving raw baby carrots lately.

You must, they're delicious! Have you been craving them, or the baby? I eat a ridiculous amount of carrot, I swear I will turn orange soon.

I don't think it's a proper craving, I'm not thinking about them 24/7 or anything like that. It's just the ones in the fridge happen to be very sweet and yummy.

I don't like cherry tomatoes but the kids love them so I buy them occasionally. Doesn't tomato count as a fruit though?

It does, but I don't really consider it one. I like cherry tomatoes too. I had a delicious tomato and bocconcini salad the other day.
