$2.50 a can? That's crazy. We get the cheap version of Dr. Pepper, Dr. Thunder sometimes. That's $1.70USD. How much are cans in the US? I've been buying the mini cans of Diet Coke (Sorry about the crappy picture!). I take one to uni, perfect size.

From memory cheap as. I remember going to a servo (where here a 600ml Coke is about $4.00, a packet of chips is about $3 ) near the Grand Canyon and we bought a bag full of crap for about $10.00!! And when i say a bag of crap we had cokes, chips, twinkies, peanut butter cups, M&M's, a packet of asprin and i think a hot dog for Adge!

Yeah, that's just depressing Not even a dodgy warm can of homebrand lemonade from the supermarket would be 50c here! Everyone on my trip was shocked by the cost of food and drink over there. Like our "Serving for 2" of chicken at the deli which was about $6 and had 11 pieces in it. 6 of us ate the serving for 2
