I find I don't have time when Parliament's sitting, since I get into work at 7:30. It sucks. But I'll often run across the road to McDonalds after 10, after the briefings are due.

I find having a big breakfast makes me raring to go and to face the day ahead. Plus, it gives me an option to eat a light lunch, which is always good when you're looking to lose that extra pounds. I can't go hungry. I get cranky when I do so big breakfast for me is good as it keeps me from biting people's heads off throughout the morning as well.

I eat whatever I feel like in the morning. I don't understand how anyone can go out without eating in the morning, I can't concentrate if I am too hungry And there is always time, get up earlier

I'd rather go hungry than get up earlier. And I find it difficult to concentrate if I'm hungry too, but I can block it out if I really need to. Caffeine also works as a great substitute for food.

When I worked at the hotel this past year I got up at 4.30-5 am every morning.. didn't have breakfast before going in because that's just way too early to eat. If I eat too early I end up getting sick instead Caffeine is a lifesaver!!

Doesn't caffeine burn a hole through your stomach if you just drink that first thing in the morning without anything else? I don't drink coffee. If I'm only allowed a drink in the morning, it's always Milo for me - either hot or cold.

I have coffee before I have breakfast, I don't eat until after I have had a swim. But I still always have time to And I don't find that caffeine can substitute food.

You swim in coffee? *imagines Shaun as Garfield with snorkles coming out of the coffeecup* Caffeine doesn't substitute but it's a good beginning.

I certainly don't need to eat at definite times or anything.

Milo is basically a chocolate milk drink. Sounds tasty.. and looks like it too I drank a swedish version of that for a while. I get these obsessions from time to time with drinks or food No I don't swim in coffee, but it might help me wake up some mornings Good, was getting worried here! Must have been very hard getting into and out of that cup every day

I can't eat breakfast too early. That would screw up the timings for my other meals and make me eat more.
My ideal breakfast time is always 10am for me.

ok what the hell is going on evertime I try to write co co puffs in my last post it comes up as frickin 'love puffs'! I think it's because I used to call Glenn 'Glenn co co' and that made it 'Glenn my love'! I'm not a huge fan of breakfast, but I usually eat it.

Today I had Cocoa Puffs and some mixed fruit. I always thought fruit is a perfect breakfast food, but I could never imagine eating veggies in the morning, like carrots? I know people who do, have both veggies and fruit for breakfast, I just think it's weird.

I can't eat early in the morning. And anyone who gets up at the crack of dawn, goes swimming or a run or whatever and then still eats really early is completely insane in my book Shaun People who go to the gym first thing in the morning also scare me I can't eat chocolate things for brekkie either. I used to eat weetbix with chocolate sprinkling on it heated and mushy from the microwave
