I'd never heard it referred to as "buttie" either Liz. I think Up and Go's are disgusting They don't taste anything like flavoured milk

Haha you need to spread the term "Buttie" throughout Australia Liz. Over here its either "Bacon Buttie" or "Bacon Sarnie", there is no alternative to the term "Chip Buttie" though I never used to eat Breakfast, now if i have to go out somewhere i have toast, but if i am staying in i have some cereal.
