I'm actually going to make Lauren's curried sausages. I keep forgetting so I WILL do it today.
Edit - ok so I forgot we are going out to my sis-in-law's after she gets home from work so I guess we'll be having take-away.

We had a Mexi-chicken skillet and Mexican-style rice with cupcakes and ice cream for dessert.
