I ordered chicken fingers at a mini family reunion tonight and they came back really spicy. They were the weirdest chicken fingers I've ever tried. Not in a good way. So I'm making supreme pizza rolls.

I can't cook fresh fish (should have seen the disaster I made of Good Friday lol) so I just buy the frozen crumbed stuff.
Tonight is roast lamb.

I made a pizza with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, red onion, baby spinach, cream cheese and mozza. Wasn't bad actually. And have plenty for lunch tomorrow!
