Roast Chicken and Veg. Dad used to get in a massive bad mood when he would try cooking roasts. It was a misx of funny and annoying for us kids, dad ranting around the kitchen  Cooking was never dad's strong point, but he did try! (memory 2) |

Chicken schnitzel, potato bake and carrots. I tried something different with the schnitzel. Marinaded the breast in a tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and chicken stock cube mix for about an hour. Then instead of just flour i mixed in some southern fried coating mix then the egg wash and then the crumbs. GOOD SCHNITZEL!!!

I had some kind of cheese pasta thing. My dad made it, so I'm not sure exactly what it's called, but it was great! We had rolls, steamed broccoli and corn to go with it. Oh, and I might have some of the cookies and cream pie I got from the store the other night ;D

That sounds nice, Joel - I feel like that sort of comfort food tonight. I think we're having roast lamb though. It was great! Oh, and I decided to wait and have the some of the pie today.
