What do you eat when you aren't feeling well?
I tend to have vegemite on toast. I find when I can't taste anything or everything tastes gross that vegemite is the only thing strong enough to still taste how it is supposed to. Flat Lemonade I also find soothes my stomach a bit and it nice for a sore throat with ice.

Also don't mind an iceypole.

I usually have a chicken sandwich if I can't eat anything else.

Usually just toast and margarine. If I'm not well, I don't feel like eating.

Soup and crackers definitely. Banana Popsicles always make me feel better too.

Hot milo and biscuits (to dip in the milo) works well for me too - especially if solids won't sit right with me.
Ginger beer for upset tummy works wonders.

My grandmother thinks milo is a good drink when someone is sick or unhappy, I don't think it has ever helped. But I don't like milo much. And Bre's banana popsicles are almost as revolting as the vegemite

You could always subconsciously train Shaun to like vegemite Loz. Take the lid off and wave the jar under his nose while he's asleep

I can't drink much when I'm sick. I have to force down the fluids my body needs. I prefer to eat comfort food--chicken strips, mashed potatoes, hamburgers, etc.--all the stuff you shouldn't eat when you're sick! But, if I'm sick I want comforting, dang it!

My grandmother used to make me lime milkshakes whenever I got sick. I'm sure it made me feel better.

I can't stomach milk when I am sick, it makes me nauseas. Mashed potatoes I can understand, but hamburgers?
