Already got 6 yes'es which is great since I sent out the PMs only today Just putting this here in case anyone has any questions or would like to get suggestions from people about things to maybe ask/ and to put things they don't want asked of them The only thing you can't put in this thread is who you are interviewing and who interviews you! Will be a nice surprise at the end. And by the way guys get those PMs in ASAP so I can get this started

Nina and Yoshie aren't going to be online for at least a week but they would probably both like to be involved if you would be willing to wait until then to start it.

Ok, that gives everyone a week to send me a yay or nay PM and I'll sort it out then Can you find out for sure though if they want to be involved? I don't mind waiting a week to start but I don't want to leave it any longer.

I found it a bit harder than I thought it would be too For those that haven't sent across their questions yet you do still have a couple of days, but make sure you don't leave it until the last minute so you don't go over the due date!

Waiting on 4 more interviews to be sent to me, pretty impressive guys! Oh and for those of you that sent the answers or questions in bold or italics making them much easier to read - thank you!

I've added a poll to this thread because I had a thought last night. If all the interviews are posted in the one thread some may get skimmed over and not commented on. After the thought that went into the questions and answers that would kinda suck. It is hard to comment on and have discussion on 11 interviews in one thread. So the options are - 1 - All in one thread. My reasons against it are above. It would be nice for people to be able to discuss each interview or ask more questions, guess who the interviewer is, etc if they aren't all in the one thread. 2 - In individual new threads. That is 11 new threads - ack. I thought they would go in the Blogs section or even a temporary new "interview" sub section for a few weeks. This may get more discussion going on the individual interviews which is definitely what I want. 3 - I post each person's interview in their blog. 4 - someone has a better suggestion. So vote away please and I would love to hear what you actually think and not just the poll answer

I voted for posting it our blogs. Some blogs need the activity anyway.

I think an interview section is a better plan. Blogs are blogs. And mine doesn't get much activity because i'm not a fan of talking about myself

The problem with a new section is where do the threads go once people are no longer posting in them? Keeping them open would serve no purpose as people can ask each other things in their blogs in the future. The problem with posting them in people's blogs is that it will either get lost in new blog updates or people will feel they can't update their blogs until people have had a chance to ask questions about the interviews. So... my preference is a new thread each in the blog section for the interview. They can drop down later after people have read and shown interest. Can I get more thoughts rather than just poll votes?

I like your final conclusion about individual threads in blog section.

I didn't realise that the new individual threads would go into the blog section. Yeah, that could work.
