How many channels do you have? Do you have Pay TV? Which ones do you watch the most?
We have all the free to air ones, no Pay TV. I used to watch 10 a lot but most of the shows I liked on there have moved to their other channel, 11, and the sport is usually on ONE so I watch those more. I watch Prime on Sunday nights, and the kids watch a lot of GO and ABC2, but we don't watch the other channels often.

When you say Pay TV, do you mean cable TV? We have both free-to-air channels and cable. I love NZ TV because they have more than one English channel! I think I watch both equally. Sports are on cable so I'm always watching Sky Sports or ESPN for my football. Watch E! for E! News and sometimes the Comedy Channel for their sitcoms. But for watching my favourite shows, I watch them on the free-to-air channels.

It's called Sky here. Very British. I don't know if I watch an individual channel more than others. I think I watch TV2 more as they show all the shows I watch - Grey's, PP, Brothers & Sisters, TBBT, etc. Yeah, come to think of it. I watch more TV2 more than others I think. They tend to show some good movies too. Plus, they don't have News on it, which is nice.

We have Verizon Fios. There are to many channels though I mainly watch SciFi, ABC, NBC & FOX. I like NickJr for Emily. Premium channels We have Setanta (for football) on & Off , I hate the movie channels who wants to watch the same movies one after another and who has the time! I watch BBCAmerica alot to.

We don't have movie channels here as it's too expensive but I would love to have it. Everything I see the TV guide, I get envious with all the movies being shown.

I have every channel on FOX and all the FTA obviously. I have no idea what i watch the most. Maybe 10 On FOX i watch the sport channels a lot. The movies get a work out and i watch a bit of 111 (Hits), Arena, Syfy (such a dumb change with the spelling ), V and Music Max. I could not exist without FOX/Austar. The sport coverage on FTA is piss poor

There are no sports coverage on our free-to-air channels unless it's a big game. They showed some World Cup games, rugby (though not 'live') and netball (also not 'live'). They showed the FA Cup Finals once which was shocking. On weekends they have some sort of motor sport which I HATE! I don't mind if they don't show any sports but I think I would die if I didn't have cable with the sport channels on it.

Syfy (such a dumb change with the spelling ), I still refuse to change the spelling of that channel . NBC has most of my shows, I enjoy that channels lineup quite alot!.

We have Foxtel at home, we've had it for years. I liked Arena, Lifestyle, 111 Hits, Fox8 for Simpsons, and TLC. Over here the house has Virgin cable TV, I don't really know what the channels are. As far as free to air TV goes, I mainly watch/watched ABC.

I hate that they changed their name. We have Charter On Demand cable. We get about 90ish channels and some cool Free On Demand things we can watch (including free movies, music, and new episodes of primetime TV shows are available to watch anytime after they air which is great for catching up). I mainly watch CBS, ABC, NBC and I love GSN (Game show network) and some various movie channels. We used to have premium cable (HBO, Showtime, etc.) which was incredible. I miss it.

But luckily NZ show those shows on their local channels so it's not too bad but we just have to wait for ages for it to turn up.

Do they still show the sexy stuff and the swearing? I hate watching premium cable shows on regular cable channels because of the editing. For example, they show Curb Your Enthusiasm on FOX every night and they bleep out all of the swearing and even cut out a lot of the episode which bugs the crap outta me.

They still do, yeah.
They don't censor Hell's Kitchen which is being shown quite early in the evening! At least with HBO/Showtime shows, they show it after 930pm.

They censor alot of stuff over here, to much. Sometimes they even go to the bother of changing the swear words to another word It makes me laugh they would never do that in Scotland.

I'm surprise they censor a lot. I though American TV wouldn't. Do they only do that for shows shown at a certain time (early in the evening, etc)?
