Returns tonight. Can't wait to see what dishes they have on tonight, I might let Ella watch this time since she likes cooking shows now. Who else is watching?

I'll have to DL, but I'm interested in watching it again...I hope they're not as whingy as last year.

Sun? Hated her instantly Shaun agreed. Anyone who cries on the first show needs to be booted the hell off!

Yup her and that Rachel. Her confidence was bordering on arrogance imo. The blonde lady that fell over too, she bugged me so I wasn't sad she got booted already.

I don't know how they pick these people. Some of the ones that failed that first challenge so badly should have just been kicked straight off. I don't care how nervous they were, undercooked a meatball and serving it on lumpy uncooked mashed potato just does not deserve a second chance. James could manage a plain meatball and mashed potato. Probably.
Neither do the ones that whine about all their personal problems. Who cares?

I tend to agree. How do you not make something edible from that MB!? There were a lot of ingredients to work with, and i don't think they require you to be super fancy straight out of the box. One guy (who got kicked off), i swear he served up lettuce and some cooked mince in that first challenge.

I will be interested to see who is kicked off today. I just know there will be really annoying ones they haven't even shown yet

Me: Why is there always a loser in a stupid doofus hat or beanie?? Shaun: They are usually from Melbourne I like the lifeguard. He is my favourite so far. Still can't stand Sun. What a wanker she is.

I don't like her either. Undecided on the lifeguard, doesn't he count as one of those doofus' with a hat on?

Nah, i mean that hipster doofus hat like that one guy was wearing. Like Chris wore. And then Aaron had the beanie remember? A cap doesn't bother me. I think he needs it to keep that curly blondness out of the way while cooking

I'm surprised they let them wear the hats during cooking but it is better than the ones that they let have their hair loose The ones that have had the big backstories are probably through to the top 24 so he is probably safe.

Did you guys watch last night? What did you think of them all pairing up? Kinda defeated the purpose of the challenge I thought.
Almost cried when John wouldn't serve up his food. I so hope he goes further.

We were of the opinion that all the ones who paired up should automatically be bottom 10. Worked out that way anyway! Shaun is being very tough on the contestants this year. Its amusing me greatly John won himself a lot of fans last night. He has to be at a massive disadvantage seeing how much of this show is based around ridiculous time limits

Well they did all end up in the bottom 10 didn't they? I don't know how with help they managed to undercook things!
He is but before tonight he managed just as well as the other contestants, even with the potato chip challenge which was about who could peel and cut up potatoes fast.

Yes they did. Hence why i said it worked out that way anyway Yeah he got through those ok obviously. But look how much they are running around like idiots normally. Every challenge at least one person runs out of time. He said himself he can do everything. But in his own time.

A lot will depend on good days and bad days for him - I know everyone has those, but with CP that is far more common and in a physical sense more than just "having a bad day". The rain challenge would have been especially hard on him, it would have tensed a lot of his effected muscles up I hope he does well and they try to make small allowances for him, but I think he can do it. I hope he can. I laughed out loud when Alex dropped the cake. I laughed when the one with the lucky cock fell over too though so I might just be mean

Alex is a wanker. He screws up every single night! I was wondering if they are showing him so often for that reason or because he somehow makes it to top 24!!
