Agreed. But I don't want Billie or Jimmy to die either. I have heard Kat Stewart was leaving the show so I assume it will be Billie. If that is the case I hope they redeem her character and not have her go out on this low |

No, I don't want any of those three gone. They are my three faves. Though i love them all apart from Geraldine. Consensus in the office is its Billie. I was mad at Nina last night. I actually said aloud, "Stop being mean to Patrick! He is perfect!"  |

Nuh uh, having been a pregnant woman I totally sided with Nina on that one. Though her cover ups for Billie made me cringe.

I thought you meant him fussing and telling her to take it easy. I completely understand her being upset she wasn't woken when he knew she was worried about her sister. Then again, her family should understand she's pregnant and not turn up at midnight.

After last night i think its Patrick again! I was feeling confident because there was the shot of him sitting with her and the baby, and she is still pregnant when told of the death, but its Offspring. Daydream/dream/fantasy central! I will be SO pissed off |

I think the birth is a dream too, because no matter who dies I don't see her happy and smiling at the birth. Plus it would have the others in the dream if it was them. They are definitely setting it up to be Billie which makes me now doubt that it will be.

I warned Bernie before it started that if Patrick died I was going to be a crying mess - and I was They seriously couldn't have written him out after the baby was born if the actor wanted to leave the show? He lost his first baby and was so excited and happy for this one, life was well, then BAM hit by a car. I wanted to slap the organ donor woman. I know I know, important and all but give them a few minutes sheesh. Clegg and Kim's reactions and that it was done in silence got to me too. On a side note I wanted to slap Billie too. Why is she refusing to talk to Mick? She did wrong by him, how is she planning on making things ok by being a cow to him?  |

Twitter was insane. I've not seen anything like it outside a grandfinal or big news story (Ruddy coming back for example). Number 1 trend worldwide two hours after it finished. Michael Lucas the creator/writer/producer lost it reading all the hate apparently. His friend Em Rusciano tweeted to please stop. I tweeted two simple sentences and it was retweeted 20 times and favourited 14 times. Poor Shaun (who i was talking to online) copped it. He can't really understand being so upset over a TV character so he was very WTF  My mother lost it and was sending ranting messages. She is never watching it again she has decided. It really seemed to break her. I think she might have adored the character as much as i did! I know Matt is making moves in LA but it just seemed like an unnecessarily cruel exit. Like you said Beck, he lost Gus and was stoked about he and Nina's baby, he was happy. So yeah, kill him  Agree on Billie. Don't know why she is being like that. |

I understand he wanted to be written out and that they couldn't keep him longer, but it was such a horrible way for it to happen. The writers have said they wanted him to die before the baby was born so that the series could end with hope (the baby being born) instead of the death being the finale. But I hate it I loved Patrick and would have liked a better end for him  |
