I love that Cordy/Oz quote too. I loved Cordy in this episode. Buffy's "English" accent was almost as good as Angel's "Irish" accent. And what was Willow supposed to be? Not the ghost costume, but the sexy costume??

The way I see it, she was going as something not herself. I love the interaction between English Buffy and Cordelia in this episode. The looks Cordelia gives her is hilarious! Cordelia had some of the best lines in this ep: Willow: Ok, your name is Cordelia, you're not a cat, you're in high school, and we're your friends. Well, sort of. Cordelia: That's nice, Willow. And you went mental when? I would give this a 7.5/10.

Buffy's "English" accent was almost as good as Angel's "Irish" accent. Was she supposed to be English? I thought she was a Southern belle or something

Yeah, now that I think of it, I didn't realise she was suppose to be English.

I thought she was. She was inspired by that drawing of Drusilla, so I assumed her costume was supposed to be like an old English noble woman or something?

So, there hasn't been any discussion on this in a while - who has been watching Buffy recently? I have to say, I haven't in aaages. I just haven't been in the mood. I think I might watch some this weekend, any suggestions?

I haven't either. Too many new shows I've been keeping track of. I would like to start watching them again, soon, though.

Yeah, I'm the same way. However! In order to spark more conversation, and therefore complete my challenge: I am going to watch an episode tonight! I have decided to watch Doppelgangland.

I've been watching Buffy. I've been missing the show a lot since I got back to NZ so I've decided to rewatch the serise from the beginning. I just finished Season 3.

I haven't watched it in a long while although it is showing on tv and I always mean to tune it just because it is on but something else comes up.
The last one I watched was on TV and it was Bad Eggs.

Yeah it's often on TV here, but like you Nico, there is always something else on that attracts my attention! I watched Doppelgangland. It really is a good episode! Very funny. Alyson Hannigan does a great job. Noticed some foreshadowing (besides the 'And I think I'm kinda gay' line) - D'Hoffryn to Anya: 'You will live out your mortal life, and die'. Aw

I love the hugs scenes. Giles always cracks me up in that scene.

Yeah, I didn't realise that was a Anya foreshadowing. I thought he was just saying that in general.

It's probably not. But knowing Joss's love for foreshadowing, you never know!

I didn't think he would think that far.

I would imagine he meant live it out and die like the rest of us? Who knows what goes on in the minds of writers!.
Dopplegangland was a fun episode. I saw Band Candy, that episode is great!

Band Candy was great the first few times I saw it but after a while, it got a little bit boring. Best part about it is Young!Giles and Young!Snyder.
