Bre, Amy's voice really sounded flat when I was listening to it "live". Maybe I'll have to give it another shot, and possibly make the effort to go see them next time they're in the country. Beck, My Immortal is an all-time favourite of mine. I remember when the single was out though, and they were complaining on the radio that it's boring.

Okay, I am a very big Evanescence fan. Fallen was a great CD with alot of good dark songs. The Open Door was a great follow up, I enjoyed the different tones and feel the album gave off.
Amy live sounds nothing like her in studio, I think she tries to hard in live shows and it tells in her voice. My favorite tracks are "Bring Me To Life" and "Lithium".
Oh, I also kind of think, like Gwen Stefani, Amy Lee could be a solo artist and she would still sound the same. The band is an easy replacement.

I love Evanescence. I think Amy Lee has a great voice, completely different from other singers out there. I like the CD "Fallen" better than "The Open Door" but both are good. "Fallen" has some of my favorite songs on it, I've been getting a bit of an obsession lately actually...

I can't stand Gwen Stefani now since she went solo ... I loved No Doubt but I don't like any of her new songs. Evanescence's music videos are also usually really awesome, too. They're very unique.

I love Gwen Stefani's voice, but her solo stuf just doesn't have the same "magic" of No Doubt's work. It's a very different style... Back on topic, I love Evanescence's videos, too. They really add a lot to the songs, and are almost as good to watch as they are to listen to.

So, to all you Evanescence fans out there, what's your favourite track? For me, there's no going past "My Immortal". The music and lyrics are both beautiful.

I like most of Evanescene songs. I love Bring Me to Life, I just get so into it! I always like Call Me When You're Sober and My Immortal. They just (usually) have really catchy songs.
