What kind of music do you play in your car during road trips? Do you play your favourite songs? Or loud, head banging music to keep you awak and alert througout the drive? Or slow songs to make the drive relaxing? I like to play my favourite songs are that quite fast and loud. I love singing in the car and those songs help me with that.

Every time I drive home from uni, I play all kinds of music. I love singing in the car, so I try to flip to songs that have fun vocals. I have a Sirius satellite radio so I can pretty much listen to all kinds of music, but I definitely love belting out tunes. And of course if my favorite songs come on, I have to listen to them. Music + driving = great therapy.

Sirius is really good. I wish we had it here, I would actually listen to the radio then.
Usually I just listen to my iPod, but my dad usually has the Beatles, the Eagles, Elton John, David Bowie etc in the car.

Satellite radio. It's a little thing you put in your car with over a hundred channels (I think), all different kinds of stations. It's really awesome.

I'm really easy, and as long as it's enjoyable, I'm happy.
One friend of mine, though, has to play soothing music whenever he's driving in a city to calm him down.

I'd listen to pretty much anything I could sing to to, Stevens choices are a little dodgy though, I prefer songs I actually know the words to!

If you were nervous, though, it would be good.

Erm as someone who gets travel sick what i prefer to do is to listen to books on tape Like HP read by Stephen Fry. Its something to concentrate on and take my mind off of the actual traveling which music doesn't seem to do ;D

When I'm driving (well, riding, because I don't have a permit or a license...yet- hopefully soon, though) I'll listen to almost anything, except for really soppy or slow songs. Sometimes it's fun to listen to songs that make me feel badass, too.

Bernie likes to listen to the radio in the car, I can't stand it. Why not? I don't mind the radio, esp when I get tired on my CDs. My uncle loves listening to the sports channel on the radio. They just drone on and on about cricket and it's boring!

I guess it depends what's on the radio. If the reception's bad, it can make it agonising, though.

I was in my dads car when me and my uncle started singing waynes world (when it came on the radio) I looked at him in shock . Radio was fine back in the day, but now there are MP3 players, and its so easy to burn audio discs,I dont really use radio much, but I cant listen to one album unless its a mix album, I need variety !

Because I don't listen to the radio and don't watch the music shows in the morning I don't know all the new music anymore maybe I should put up with the radio so I don't feel so old and out of it
