People I see - Buffy staking Bill from True Blood, House, either Brittany or Quinn from Glee, Sydney Bristow, Barney from HIMYM, Dr Who, Sheldon, Spock, JD from Scrubs, Sylar from Heroes, Sherlock Holmes... possibly Dexter but not sure on that one. |

The lady in the dress is Number 6 (Battlestar Gallactica.) harrassing Dwight (The Office)
House and JD are obvious.
The blue guy is Tobias (Arrested Development.)
Behind the TV looks like River Tam.
Liz Lemon (30 Rock) on the floor.
