Huh? You like Kennedy with Willow? Strange...but that's your opinion, and I'm not starting a huge debate on it either...
So what is everyone's favorite book that youfinished recently?

I'm not a huge fan of W&K but I don't hate it. I just like arguing. Well, I finished Harry Potter 6 and The Silmarillion this summer, haven't been reading much after that. And they were pretty dang good.

Last couple of weeks I've really got into reading again- especially Angel books
Solitary Man
Set in season 4 sometime after Supersymetry, Cordy is living with Connor with not much memory of the gang, Fred + Gunn aren't talking and Wes is still out cast but called upon when really needed.
Story is about a very old very powerful missionary preacher that went crazy with magic + made a load of Indians his slaves + killed a load of them too- he's been incarcerated but a splinter group of the Watchers Council that is very ruthless, but the preacher escaped + went to L.A looking for the cheast that holds his power. Interesting little side plot is that a little old lady that likes murder mystery novels has decided she wants to join Angel Investigations! She does end up helping them quite a bit but she gets in a lot of danger too!
Its a great book, I read it in about 4 days so I could hardly put it down. Definately worth a read if you need an Angel fix
Love and Death
Set in a similar time period only a bit further down the line. Things with Fred and Gunn are worse and Wes is sleeping with Lilah.
Story of two mythical Gods that were in love and are trying to come back to the earth to be together. Very interesting book and how these two God are trying to serface results in alot of action. A haunted house slays a family Angel was trying to save + a radio talk show host sends a bunch of vampire hunter wannabe's to L.A to hunt fvamps + demons, which of course goes all wrong + then said DJ starts broadcasting an incantation to bring the lovers forth + ends up turning into the vessel for one of them!
All in all a very entertaining read.
Cursed
I just started reading this today bout 100 pages in and its really good. Its a crossover between Spike + Angel going back and forth between the present day and their past. I can't get enought of the history between Spike and Angel so I know its going to be great
Serenity Movie Tie-in
What more do I need to say!? its obviously going to be awsome!

Finished The Da Vinci Code a while ago and now I just started Angels and Demons. I'm excited. Hoping A&D will be as good as The DV Code.

I love Da Vinci Code (i've read it three times) and I loved Angels and Demons as well. Deception Point wasn't half bad either and i just started reading Digital Fortress The only thing i don't like about Dan Browns books is how he forecasts things. Its really obvious when a detail is going to become important later on. There are a couple of big 'forecasty' moments in Angels and Demons

I should so start reading something other than Buffy/Angel!
Darren Brown might be a good spot to start, are his books long? Easy to read? are there lots of big complicated words?

Lozza, which one did you like better, Angels & Demons or The Da Vinci Code? So far, I have two votes for A&D, and one for TDC (which is my vote because I haven't read A&D).
I've read the Goblet of Fire the least out of all the Harry Potter books (only twice), so I think I should give it another go before the film comes out as well. Must.. refresh.. memory.

Da Vinci i read first and was all WTF! this is so damn cool.... Angels and Demons i really loved as well (and creepily enough was reading around the time the actual Pope died) but as i said before it had moments that pissed me off. So i guess i'd go with Da Vinci. I love Langdon - he's a really great character. I was more than a little concerned when i found out that Tom Hanks is playing him but i'm slowly coming around to the idea.

I know! That is so not how I pictured him. Don't get me wrong, Tom Hanks is extremely talented, but that's not how I see Langdon. But I do love the idea of Paul Bettany playing Silas. I'm excited about that. I just hope it's not a disappointment.

I have just finished Queen of the Slayers this morning. The Da Vinci code and angels and demons are both excellent. Moving on now to King of Foxes by Raymond E. Feist

Well I finished Angels & Demons a few days ago, and then started a book by Ellen Degeneres. It was funny, but I just wasn't in the mood for it, so I put that down.
And yesterday I decided to read the Bible. I'm not a very religious person or anything, I just think it would be an interesting read. And, oh man, I started getting all controversial already on page 6. Sad, but true lol. But yeah, so far.. pretty interesting.
