Definitely Sweet Valley for me as well. Senior High more than anything else. And any romantic comedy novels where girl meet boy, girl hates boy and vice versa, soemthing happens and they fall in love.

Yeah chicklit is great. Sometimes I just don't want to think.

As a kid it was BSC then Sweet Valley Twins then Sweet Valley High. Now its Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series.

I'm currently reading the It Girl series. It's a spin-off of Gossip Girl. Really quality literature!

I haven't got any trashy stuff. I used to read Mum's romance novels when I ran out of my own stuff.

Every now and again I long for a little trash too, but I have rules I have to follow. I don't buy anything with an overly obvious title like Seduction. I don't buy anything where there is someone on the cover in any state of undress. I don't buy anything that has a fabio wanna be on it. And lastly, I don't buy anything where the author's name is bigger than the title.
To that end, I don't have as much trash as I used to. I consider A Reliable Wife to be trash since I picked it up in the hopes that I wouldn't have to think too much while reading it.
Oh, and I want to try the Dark Hunter series, but there's just so many...I have no idea where to begin.

Start with the first one, Fantasy Lover. That one is a bit different though. They do have an order, and some of the later things makes more sense if you read them in order. The one with Kyrian (Night Pleasures) is the second one.

My favourite one is Acheron because he is an awesome character... but it is a big harsh at times. Although they all do have their little miserable back stories. Bad Moon Rising is about one of the Werehunters I think...

Yeah, it was. I heard that Acheron was AWESOME until she paired him up with the most obvious Author Insertion Mary Sue ever written.

Huh I never picked her as a Mary Sue. I didn't love her, but that is because I'd have said no one is good enough for Acheron

From what I heard...she not only matches the author in height, hair color, and weight, but she also has the same interests, education, and degree. Also, she's the only person who doesn't fall madly in love with him.
That screams Mary Sue to me.

Ah I actually know nothing at all about the author which would be why I didn't know any of that.
