How they figured out what he said is beyond me. But thanks for that Liz. So it would be revealed in the finale?

Yeah it's the very last thing revealed in the finale, if I remember correctly.

The final two hours aired here tonight (I just got done with it) and it is the very last thing revealed. Oh, and wow. I think the island went into the future. With the comments about stuff happening there between Ben and Jack at the end of the finale, it obviously didn't move as far as the years that went by for everyone who got off, but I suspect that when they return, not as much time would have passed. Or it went back in time, and MORE time has passed. And I never thought I'd see a TV series talking about time traveling bunnies. In regard to Miles, that was my theory too. I'm not so sure about Charlotte being Annie, though. It's a cool theory, but her line about wanting to find where she was born makes me think that she may have been the one baby to have survived being born on the island. Still, I guess she could have been born there and still be Annie. As for the bit about what Sawyer says, I wonder if it's true. It definitely gives Kate's actions in the previous flash forwards some emotion. Now I'm wondering where the next season picks up. I wonder if we'll see what happens on the island while they're gone, or whether it will pick up with everyone returning (or at least on their way to). My guess is the latter, with the flashbacks being about what happened on the island when they were gone.

Interesting about the island time traveling, but it still must have moved locations, right? because the people on the helicopter and the little boat thing just saw it vanish. If it would have only moved in time, then it would still be there.

Well, they did mention both time and space with the bunny thing, so that is quite possible.
But if it was just time travel on its own, the island would still be there if it went back in time, but not if it went forward in time.

Theories aside, I really think that season season 4 has been the best by a long way. It was far better than season three, which I thought was disappointing (especially the first half). How would you guys rate them?

I do think it's my favorite season so far. I kind of miss the innocence of the first season, but season 4 is pretty damn awesome.

I do miss the innocence of the first season too, but everything has moved forward nicely, I think. Season one is my second favourite season, and then season two.

Wow, you really liked season two more than four? Any particular reason for that, Liz? I miss Boone and Charlie, but Shannon didn't particularly interest me (aside from her being gorgeous, naturally ).

I didn't really care for Shannon the first time I watched the show, but the second time around, I really liked her. I mean you have to have the shallow bitch, who is more that meets the eye, right?

I've only seen it all once, but she is more than meets the eye. The thing is, I don't think it was explored as much as it could - or should - have been. Maybe if she was around longer, we could have seen more glimpses of of her "true" character, and she could have been developed further.
But, again, I will eventually buy Lost on DVD and will be able to rewatch her character.

He might not be dead! When the philosopher Jeremy Bentham died, his body had a wax head because the real head was badly damaged. Maybe Ben is trying to manipulate the Oceanic 6 to return to the Island.
I read this somewhere - John Locke emphasized the rights of the individual while the philosopher Jeremy Bentham emphasized actions that benefit the group sometimes at the expense of the individual or (the ends justify the means mentality).

Hmm interesting. Hopefully it is just a wax thing, because I love Locke. And I just thought I should let you all know, I got recruited into The Dharma Initiative.
