most people hate him? where on earth did you get that from? I know very few people who don't love Charlie. Most who don't like him is because of the Ethan thing. I know more people who hate Jack to be honest.

Sawyer, Locke and Sayid are the most likely to die before the end of season 1. Better not be Sawyer

Log onto Television without Pity and you will find many things that support my theory that many people hate Charlie. They hate Kate too. And yeah most aren't real fond of Jack these days. I don't mind Charlie. I missed last nights cause i was out. Was it any good?

well, we watched the episode. i won't discuss it until you've seen it though...but I must say, I'm relly not that much a fan of Sayid anymore. maybe I'm still mad about the Sawyer thing *shrug*

I still really kike Sayid. And I still really dislike Sawyer. He's a tool. He delights in causing trouble and ripping people off. And seeing as I don't find him good looking, he's got nothing going for him.

Hey guys - love LOST. Have missed one episode which was the Sawyer kiss.

I personally like Locke - very interesting character. Hurley is also pretty cool. Not too fond of Kate though. A tad annoying.

Any theories on what the mystery is? I have no idea, all though I don't think they are in purgatory (or I don't want to think they are in purgatory...). What about the monster?

As for ideas about the monster and the island...not sure. what are your theories?

My theories... hmmm...

I think they have either slipped into some time warp thing, or they are caught in the middle of some government 'Big Brother' experiment. It is a little suss that a doctor, hunter, builder, etc, survived the accident! Maybe the government is experimenting on how some people survive certain situations.

As for the monster... it's very Jurassic Park with the trees moving and the noises (not to mention the yummy pilot in the first episode). That would probably support the time warp theory.

Not sure - but can't wait to find out!

Ok i had friends over for dinner so it was only on in the background.... but from what i saw of it i enjoyed last nights ep. Boone's death was actually quite well done and kind of sad. Damn ugly baby though.

Lost is out on DVD in November. We missed a lot of the last half so I'm not sure if I'll buy it or not.

Ok my favorite characters at the moment are Kate + Jack, to be honest there isn't a character I don't like except maybe Arzt because he's annoying ans seems like bit of a coward.

My favorite backstory is either Sawyer's or Hurley. I like Sawyer's because it shows why he is what it is, it shows how seriously messed up he is and makes him more likeable. I like Hurleys because its so damn funny! plus the whole numbers thing really interest me.

What got me hooked well...its only been the last 2weeks that I've been a big fan. The 1st two ep's aired in the UK whilst I was in America so I missed it, then it was always being shown at a really bad time for me, but one night I managed to catch 10mins of it in the middle of an ep and I was forced to watch it all. So I thought anything that can catch me in just 10mins in the middle run of a series has to be good!

so I bought the 1st part of the boxed set + watched all the eps in 3 days!! then I did some catch up with E4 over the new year with their 'Lost in Lost' nights! so now I've only missed 2 episodes which are Hearts and Minds and Special

So what does everybody else think?

i will elaborate a little more later when i less tired but i wanted to put down my intense dislike for kate
the way she manipulates people
then when she said to micheal "im coming on the raft" yeh no need to ask or anything
then she was like "if i want your spot on the raft, i will get your spot on the raft" to Sawyer, pissed me off so much after he had been helping to build it and she had done naff all
she the only character i not mind dying ha ha
