Have you ever thought that she might not have had many feelings (beyond friendship) for him before that? I don't see how Cordy and Angel's relationship would make you gag, even if it did take Cordy three or four years to "realize she loved him". I mean, wouldn't it have made you more sick if she jumped on him the moment she saw him in LA?

I didn't mind Cangel honestly just wish she had told him sooner, the fact that I said it made me ill on some levels is merely because until she proved to Angel that she wasn't just vision girl it took him far longer to realize she was actually a person not just his link to the powers that be. Because when she got her 1st vision Angel didn't quite understand why she had been given them, when she died or slipped into a coma after taking her medication he realized he loved her then but couldn't have her.

Erm... I don't understand Angel never saw Cordy as just 'vision girl', Angel isnt that kind of guy. He realised he loved her in season 3, but he didn't pursue it because he thought Cordy should have a 'normal' guy. It was only when he realised she felt the same he decided to give it a shot, but unfortunately circumstances kept them apart (Conner, Cordy transcending) thats sad, possibly tragic even, but I am missing where the ill part comes in

Absolutely. Cordy was important to Angel even before he had romantic feelings but Angel rarely expresses his feelings. That said he did seem almost incredulous when he found out Cordy had the visions for the first time.

In any respect I agree with everything else Beck has said.
