The one that comes to mind for me right away is Amber Benson. Maybe that's prejudiced a bit because I didn't like her character as much, or maybe it's due to the writing, but I found Benson's portrayal of Tara rather flat.

I agree with Marie. I didn't think Amber Benson was all that good of an actress. That actress on Angel who plays Eve is probably the worst though (can't remember her name). I can't think of anyone from Firefly who sucks though.  |

I never thought too much about Amber Benson's acting, I didn't think it was fabulous but she didn't have an awful lot to work with.
The chick that played Glory wasn't very good.

Really? I enjoyed her performance. MT's acting was quite cringe-worthy, especially in season 6, but she did a good job in playing the annoying teenager.  |

I've found she's best suited for certain types of roles, but that's probably  for this thread. I agree with Irene about Glory. I disliked her character, but the actress did a good job portraying her. I thought that many of the potentials were poorly portrayed. I realize we didn't get to see many of them for long periods of time, but there was little distinction between one's personality and another's a lot of the time. |
