John Rhys-Davies was in Princess Diaries 2..... I've seen him in a couple of other movies but it never clicked that he played Gimli til you said! Can't wait to see Seth green in Heroes. I thought he was the bees knees when he was in Buffy way back when haha

Alexis Densiof will be guest starring in Private Practice. He will be playing a father-to-be to two different wives.

Amber Benson will be guest starring in Private Practice. PP seem to be a magnate for Jossverse actors!

Emma Caufield is going to appear in PP as well. I've lost count on how many Jossverse actors have been on the show.

Anybody going to watch Nathan Fillion's new show Castle? I think it looks cute and am excited to see it. I love Fillion!

I've heard about it but I have no idea what it's about. Will check it out as I love NF.

It's about this murder mystery author, Castle (Fillion), who is researching stuff for his books by tagging along with a detective. It looks kind of like a Bones type show, with how the two characters act toward each other. It looks good and the previews seem funny, so I'll check it out.

I saw the first ep of Castle and I enjoyed it. I was expecting a darker tone to the show (like CSI) but it was not, which was refreshing. Tone/theme of the show felt a lot like Bones, in my opinion. Will definitely watch the show as I love NF's character. Though I heard it's in danger of getting cancelled.

I've caught a few episodes of "Castle" and think it's a refreshing take on crime shows. I definitely agree that the tone is more like "Bones" with a lot of humor interspersed in it and great connection between the partners. I've not heard anything about it being cancelled, but I'm hoping it's not true.

NF hasn't had a great record with shows where he is the lead character.

I've seen the first few eps of Castle. I love it. I wish we had more American television shown here, we miss out on so much (especially since we don't use paytv). I love the quirkiness and how his daughter sometimes seems smarter than him, and his mother is a real treat. I cracked up when the daughter came clean about a wrong she did (I have to be vague since I don't know how to do spoilers). And the connection between Castle and Beckitt is great to watch.

Wasn't that thing his daughter confessed about really not that bad? I don't remember exactly what it was. Yeah I love Castle. I heard it is in talks of cancellation, which is sad because I think it's really good. It has a lot of great Fillion moments. ;D

yeah that's why I laughed so much and the poor girl was so upset about it, and about not confessing sooner. And the way she made up for it was pretty darn good. Um just think of the subway station, that might help you remember what it was It would be a real shame to cancel.
