Which finale did you like the best? My vote goes for "Not Fade Away", but "Home" was a close second. I really liked "Home," but "Not Fade Away" was a good ending for the season and the show imo.
What do you guys think?

Yep NFA gets my vote. Angel standing up for human dignity for the last time.

Home was my favourite. I thought that epsidoe just epitomised Angel. He would rather run the Law Firm he had been fighting for 4 years and lose his son just to ensure that his son had a good life, and the woman he loved was properly taken care of. That's what I've always liked about Angel. The big picture has never been a big thing for him. He takes care of the smaller battles and in the end the small victories make the difference. Plus it was very heart warming to see what he did for his son, and see him actaully thank Lilah for something.
Oh and Kana, that isn't the last time because Angel Season 6 has been confirmed and will be released in comic form.

My vote went to NFA, though I like "Home," too. I just thought it was a great ending for the series as we knew it and really wrapped up what Angel had been struggling with/fighting for all this time.

Not Fade Away. I thought it managed to capture everything that Angel and co stand for. That said, I thought they were all great, except for "No Place..." That entire arc seemed very "un-Angel" to me.

Hmm this is a tough one. I'm torn between Home and Not Fade Away. *thinks hard* Ok, I don't think I can choose! It's too hard. So I'm just going to say both Home and Not Fade Away were two of the best finales.

I didn't think Home was that great :dunno: I didn't like season 2's finale that much either. Its been too long since I have seen the end of Season's 1 and 3 so I'll hold off voting for now.

Not Fade Away definitly. That was an amazing episode and great end to the series (even if we didn't want it to end ) And Angel signing away his Shanshu...it showed it really is all about fighing the good fight for him. That was a huge sacrifice on his part and I think very admirable. All the individual fights we saw were great--especially Angel/Hamilton, Illyria coming to Wes and turning into Fred for Wes as he was dying is so sad, I loved Connor coming and saving Angel, Angel's final words to Connor, his speech to his friends, Illyria's grief over Wes...I could go on. Loved it.

I liked "Home" so much because of Lilah offering them W&H, and then Angel taking it just for Connor. Plus, the scene where Connor asks Angel what he is going to do, and Angel says "prove it," is just so good imo. I don't really like "There's No Place Like Pltz Glrb" either. It's good the first time you watch it, but then it just gets old imo.

I think I voted for "Not Fade Away". It's my favorite now, so it probably was then. It had all the right stuff. Comedy, death, kick ass fights. Ya can't lose!

I am with Beck. I love "Tomorrow". Also, i don't really rate "Home". I don't even see it on the same playing field as NFA.
Seeing Angel sinking to the bottom of the Ocean and Cordy floating into the sky is so visibly pleasing. Then with Wesley outcast and Connor a traitor i have never looked forward to the next season as much as what Tomorrow made me for season 4.
