The favourite episode thread made me think...what is your least favourite episode? It's hard to pick, I think, because they're all so good. And there isn't, unfortunately, many to pick from.
I'd say The Train Job is my least favourite. It's good, but not great. This was the episode that was written in a weekend, right? So it does have an excuse...I just think it's a bit slow moving compared to the rest of the series.
Thoughts?

I've been thinking about this since Liz posted it a few days ago, and I'm still trying to come up with a definitive answer. I think I'll have to agree with "Safe" though - but it's hard, because I still really enjoyed the episode.  |

Hmm...this is a tough one. All the episodes are great and I enjoyed all of them. Sure, there are the not so great ones but they were still good and enjoyable. They weren't bad at all. But I guess Heart of Gold is one episode I wouldn't watch more than 5 times. That would be my least favourite.  |

That's a really tough choice. I think I'll say "the train job" is my least favorite. It has some great stand-alone quotes, but altogether it's the most boring, imo.

It's really hard for me to pick a least favorite. I don't know, maybe "Bushwhacked"? It's one of the least memorable for me which, in a total of 12 episodes, might as well equal least favorite status, I figure.

It's so hard to choose. It's like none of the episodes were bad. Hmm...I think The Train Job, too. Or maybe Heart of Gold. It's not because they lack in quality, just the fact I wouldn't be able to watch them over and over again.

"Heart of Gold" is a favourite of mine. It just has so many great moments. But I think that's what's so tough with picking Firefly's worst episode - each one has a really high standard. |

Yeah from 14 episodes, 14 are brilliant There isn't one episode I didn't like, though there are some I like most and would watch more times. |

i would have to go for the train job as least favorite, even tho it has one of my favorite scenes of the series in it, the scene where mal throws the guy into the engine turbine, i just dont think that episode was as good as the rest

"The Train Job", it was the only episode that I felt like I was forcing myself to watch. All the others I really enjoyed watching, but I dunno "The Train Job" just wasn't as interesting...

I liked all of the episodes, I thought they all had something that interested me. However "Heart of Gold" probably would be at the bottom of my list, it just wasn't as interesting to me than the others and I would still rate it highly in a review!.

I love all Firefly episodes but if I had to pick I would say The Message. Mostly because I don't like the fact that Tracey didn't trust Mal and Zoe and put his faith in "saps" to get him home so he could escape with a payload. The whole story just seems really odd. I just don't like rewatching it, plus I cry at the end even though I try not to. I don't hate it or dislike it, I just like it the least.

As with everyone else I can't say I dislike any episode. However, I did find Shindig to probably be my least liked. I felt they didn't develop the characters as much in it. Although Badger is always awesome, and the bit with Mal at the end was great. Actually most of the stuff with the crew back on the ship was good, and I enjoyed when they....damn, that episode was awesome too.
