Avril Lavigne's (sp?) "Girlfriend" really annoys me. It's nothing like her old stuff which I actually liked. It's really disappointing.

I'm with you guys on "Girlfriend". People are having that song as their ringtone now so there's no escaping their song. Another cringeworthy song is that "Umbrella" song. Annoying!  |

My "Skaterboi" hate may be due in part to how you could never escape the song - it was being played everywhere.

Lol I hate the Umbrella song too. I watched the music video and she never once opened her umbrella if I remember correctly. Hmm. There's this new song and I'm pretty sure it's called "Lipgloss". It's terrible! A song all about how this girl loves her lip gloss. Okay I appreciate a good gloss but I would never write a song about it. |

Tubthumping is awesome Its my first year uni song - lots of special memories!! Umbrella is truly hideous, as is Girlfriend. Australians will be with me on this one - Elevator Love  I so wish Guy would fall down an elevator shaft.

I wouldn't only single out "Elevator Love", Loz. I agree 100% on Guy from all of his work.  "Tubthumping" represents a certain time in my life - the lyrics are so accurate! I don't think I'm familiar with "Umbrella", though. |

It's by Rihanna. My friend was talking to me on the phone once and we were quiet for about 20 seconds and she started singing Umbrella. It was the first time I heard it and was like "wtf?" |
