New Fan Fiction Challenges

Okay, we haven't had any for ages, so I'll try and get these up and running again. Some guidelines are below.

• One challenge will run at a time for a period of a month.
  
  
• I would encourage every writer here (and even some non-writers) to post challenges. Just PM me your idea (and a name for it), and I'll let you know if it's a goer (it should be), and add it to the list of challenges (below).
  
  
• If you're on the list to host a challenge, I'll let you know when it's time to post it.
  
  
• If you feel like feedbacking, PM or post in the author's feedback thread.

You know, I was just thinking about how we need to start the fanfic challenges again.

Anyway, would love to try to get an entry in for the new challenge. I so need to get my writing going again. Btw, if you need help with award banners and such, let me know. I'll be happy to do them.

Thanks for the offer, Irene. I was going to try and get someone who's not entering to do them, though, because it seems kind of weak to bug someone who's entering (and potentially winning one) into it.

That said, if I can't get a non-entrant to do it, I may still have to take you up on it.

That's alright. I can do the awards for the challenges that I'm not entering.

I'm right there with Irene offering my art services when and if they're needed, though I'd say Irene's talent is much brighter than mine. I'm glad to see these are up and going again. Now if we could just revive the art challenges, too.

I can really only write BtVS fic (though I say that not having tried other fandoms), but I'll see if I can't come up with something for this one.

Marie, just write something you know. There are lots of great things out there, and you're good enough to pick something up and run with it, regardless of whether you have the experience.
