Lovely photographs, hon. I saw one of the pics of Scotland and it reminded me of this. I took this in NZ.

LoL, when you have to resize over 150 pictures, but not overwrite the originals I change the names so I can keep them in the same folder, So some of the names get random . Still havent settled on a name for the URL yet, I am thinking of going for something simple and to the point. The portraits are my favourite subject! . Irene , got to love wind turbines

The portraits are absolutely stunning. They really look like they belong in a publication, on nice glossy paper. Or in a gallery, even.

Personally, I don't think they have to. I think you're already at a professional standard. But improving's always awesome.

Thanks guys, It's always nice to hear some positives, It's good to know all my tutors pushing and annoying me has Paid off . I also uploaded some new stuff for you guys to take alot at, The NY stuff especially, I shot those on a Film Camera and used a High'ish ISO so they would look grainy, also used the wrong white balance to give it a slight desaturated look. I would've preferred to use digital because It's easier for me, but on digital the grains came out as coloured dots . nicolac.myjalbum.net/Nicola%20Crawford%20Photography/index.html

Lovely work, Nico. One that caught my eye (and I don't necessarily know why...) is the one in New York with the taxi cabs. I really like it. I think it's the way you captured it and the colouring.
