I lamented over whether to put this thread here or in Discussion & Debate, but figured that there really isn't too much to discuss or debate.  Basically, I thought it might be fun to have a thread where we can post wacky, silly news items that we find. I know this isn't silly/wacky, but I thought I could include it here: "A group of third-graders plotted to attack their teacher, bringing a broken steak knife, handcuffs, duct tape and other items for the job and assigning children tasks including covering the windows and cleaning up afterward, police said Tuesday."
