So who plays? What character (s) do you have? I have a night Elf Druid who is currently at level 25. She enchants and jewelcrafts though she's pretty shitty at jewelcrafting so far cause she only just learnt it Bernie's Mage is level 31.

Question: does WoW use a lot of bandwidth? My brother is playing a lot of it at the moment.

From my understanding, it doesn't use a great deal at all. It's what I've heard, at least.

I haven't played in a long time. It was taking up a lot of my time a couple of years ago

Hasn't dragged our bandwidth at all. What character did you have Shaun, or did you have more than one? Some of Bernie's friends have multiple level 70 characters

Yeah I have a couple of characters My night elf hunter is level 70 and my human mage isn't far off it. I didn't get very far with my draenei paladin before I stopped playing a lot. Are you still addicted or getting bored?

Still addicted But I finished all the Ashenvale quests and now have no idea where to go I've still got some Duskwood ones but usually at the end of one area they send you to the next.... so i've got no idea where to go lol. What professions did you do? Bernie started another character, a paladin.

I'm not a WoW player, so I'll ask what it is about the game that makes it so addictive. To me (and I'm happy to concede it's likely because I haven't played it), it seems like the novelty would wear off quickly.

Nah cause there are so many places to go and things to do. I'm level 32 Shaun. I just found Desolace so I have some new things to do And I discovered I get muchos money from selling my enchanting materials ;D

But doesn't the gameplay get repetitive? When I play a game, it has a beginning, a middle and an ending. The objective is to get to the end, rather than keep going.

There are many many different objectives though, so it doesn't get repetitive. There is a good reason people who have been playing it nonstop for years are still playing it

Oh, definitely, Beck. And if I bought the game, I'd probably be among them. I was just wondering why it's so addictive, because it doesn't seem like it would be.

Use to play this about 1½ years ago, was a female nightelf and a priest. Was very fun but I grew tired because there was sooo much ugly stuff going on in the guild I was in (same as my brother, and it was filled with people from his work and then some other random people) so I gre tired of playing with them and due to that I just grew tired of the game. Might take it up again sometime, just got a 10 day trial disc for the new extention (have no idea why I got it but I'm guessing they sent me it, never asked for it *grin*) but I'm doubtfull..

What's the Auction House? Is it where you buy swords, elf ears and the like?
