After I posted the Jokerized photo of Jewel Staite and I that a mate did on his iPhone, I found an application to do it! 
So, I figure I'll post it and let you all show us your true, Jokerized selves.

It's not in English, so to do so:
Click "Personnalise ton Avatar"
Click "Telecharger"
Select the photo from your PC
Play with the size and placement, then click "Valider"
When done, click the enter-looking symbol
Click "Telecharger Mon Avatar" to save
