What size is everyone's TVs and how many do you have? Where do you have them? What are they connected to?
We have 3 TVs in our house but only 2 are plugged in. One in the lounge that is connected to DVD player, PS2, Wii and VCR (yes we still have one!) and the other is a small one in my room connected to a DVD player and the TV us joined to a VCR (2 in 1 thing).

We have five TVs. One small one hooked up to cable in my parents' room. It's about the size of a PC monitor. There's another TV upstairs in an extra room. Probably a 20 inch. That one has cable and a DVD player. In the kitchen we have one, another 20 incher, with cable and a VCR. In the living room, we have a whopping 52" that has a DVD player, cable, Super Nintendo, N64, and Playstation. Then we have another one that isn't plugged in to anything.

We have 3 TVs in the house in S'pore. One large, flat screen TV (I think it's 42 inch) in the living room, connected to a DVD player and cable and the other two are in my parents' room (really small) and in my room (bigger than my parents'). The one in my parents' room is connected to the cable and to a VCR (though we hardly use the VCR anymore). While mine isn't connected to anything else.
Back in NZ, we have 4 TV. One in the lounge and the rest in the rooms - mine (connected to a DVD player) and my aunt and uncle's. The other is in the guest room and it isn't plugged in.

I think we have 4, but one main one in the living room.
It's a 37" Panasonic LCD - good colour/sound. It's connected to the Foxtel & DVD player.

Beck are you casing our joints? Planning a robbery? I have two in my place. My big one in the lounge room and my widescreen in my bedroom. My lounge has a DVD, video, Foxtel and PS2 attached, the bedroom one just a DVD player. I had a third TV and DVD but i thought it a bit much for one person so took them down to Eden for my room at my parentals place.

we have a 55cm tv in the loungeroom connected to a dvd/vhs player. and a little tv in our bedroom connected to a dvd player. Out digital box goes wherever we want to watch tv, but we're in a bad reception spot, so it requires a lot of mucking around

The TV in my room blew up a few days ago so I had to live without a television for a few days. Not easy as I'm the kind who can only get to sleep with the TV on and who also wakes up in the middle of the night to watch mindless TV in order to get back to sleep again. But my parents went and bought a new TV for their room and gave me their old one. I now have to get use to a really tiny TV! But better than not having any in my opinion.

We have 4 TVs in our house. One is in the living room, which is the biggest and the only HD one and is connected to a DVD player, a seperate VHS player and Wii. There is one in the playroom connected to a DVD/VHS 2 in 1 thing and a play station. There is one in my parents room connected to a DVD/VHS player. And the last is in my room, which is a 3 in 1 TV, DVD, VHS. They are also all connected to cable boxes.

We had two when I was younger, a big one and a teeny little one up-stairs. I was always jealous of kids who had TVs in their rooms!

We weren't allowed a TV in our rooms until we were 16. I got mine around then though my brother (who's 19) hasn't gotten one. He said he doesn't need one.
I went to my cousin's house the other day and found out he has his own TV and cable. And he's 6!

My nephew is almost 3 and he has a tv and dvd player in his room. My niece has the same and she's 3. I just don't see why.

Yeah neither. I can understand teenagers (especially if they've bought it with their own money like Loz did) having one, but small children shouldn't (imo) be watching that much TV alone in their rooms.

I agree.
My parents didn't buy me a TV. I got my own TV when my grandmother moved to NZ and she gave me her old TV. The current TV I have is my parent's old TV.
I don't think it's healthy for kids that young to have a TV in their rooms.

My brother is 11 and he has a tv and dvd player in his room, and my parents always say "if you want to watch cartoons or whatever you can just go to your room". I just don't see the point of shutting kids away in their rooms (I know I'm wandering off topic )

I have 4 tv's in the house. One in the living room connected to freeview, dvd player and the Wii. One in my bedroom which is the old one I had for the living room so its quite big connected to a dvd player. Xander has one in his bedroom which is a tv/vcr combi also connected to a dvd player. The last one is in the office but not connected up I just didn't have anywhere else to put it.
Xander has had a tv in his bedroom all his life, mainly because he was in with me until he was 3 and we moved house! But it was helpful in getting him to sleep quickly at night. He's allowed to watch 30 minutes before bed most nights. Sometimes he's asleep before his 30 mins are up sometimes he isn't but I don't think it does any harm. Its also handy if I need an extra kip in bed on the weekends, instead of making me get up he can just put his cartoons on by himself and I still know exactly what he's watching.
