After the events of "Chosen", many girls around the world are called as Slayers. They are brought to England where the new Watcher's Council - run by Buffy and her friends - trains and teaches them to become the Chosen Ones.
Asta Dawson, a newly called Slayer, is plague by dreams and visions. With the help of Xander Harris and her Watcher, Andrew Well, they travel to Asta's hometown of Hades Valley to get to the source of what's happening with the Slayer. There, they meet fellow demon fighters, Tabitha and Oliver Pike.

Episode 1.01 “Back to Basics”

We meet Asta Dawson, a 17 year old girl, who starts her new life as a Slayer with Andrew Wells as her Watcher.
We also meet Tabitha and Pike in Hades Valley Cleveland - fellow demon fighters, who has a close connection with Buffy Summers.
Episode 1.02 “Here We Go”
Demonic visions and dreams, voices in her head and a Watcher that is a walking Star Wars encyclopedia. Not the great start that Asta was hoping for as a new slayer. Maybe she should tell Buffy and Giles about the dreams - they might be able to help. Or not.
In Hades Valley, Tabitha and Oliver are still having this little vampire gang problem that they can't seem to get rid off. After Oliver gets stabbed by one of the vampires, they both think it's about time that they dust the whole gang for good - Tabitha doesn't like it when her brother gets stabbed. But not knowing who they are or what they want isn't making the cause any easier.
Perhaps they need a slayer to help them.
Episode 1.03 “Slayer, The”

Just when Tabitha and Oliver thought they got the vampire gang under control, their leader turns up searching for something that has been long lost and he will do anything to get it. It's not over just yet.
Just when she thought she might get some help to deal with the demonic dreams and visions that she has been having, Asta finds herself going to Hades Valley with Buffy. Hades Valley. Her hometown. The last place she wants to be in. Yes. It's not over just yet.
Episode 1.04 “Something Evil This Way Comes”
There is an evil nature in all of us. When that is brought out, we became something no human being can conceive - savage one might say, inhuman. So what happens when that side comes out in all of us and can't be controlled? Asta and gang finds out when the people in the town of Hades Valley starts ripping into each other - literally.
And it can't come at the worst possible time as friction arises between two friends.
Episode 1.05 “See, Hear, Speak”

A new player comes into the game. Is he friend or foe? Or both? The gang gets a spell that might help Asta get rid of her demonic visions and dreams. Will it work or makes things worse? Oh yeah. Was it mentioned that the season's BigBad will make an appearance? Well, he will.
Episode 1.06 “The Story of Us”
Secrets and the back-story of Tabitha and Oliver Pike are revealed when their parents drop by unannounced for a visit. Their story is told.
Episode 1.07 “Once Bitten”
Once bitten by a vampire and you'll live the life of the undead. Once bitten by a werewolf and your animal instincts would take over during full moon...Asta and Andrew's relationship as Slayer and Watcher is up to the test when something goes horribly wrong during a routine patrol.
Episode 1.08 “Perdido”

The relationship between Watcher and Slayer is called into question as Andrew goes missing. Will Asta be able to mend their relationship before it is too late?
Astwihad has Andrew and is doing everything he can to get as much information on Asta from the Watcher. Will the gang be able to save Andrew before Astwihad has his way?
Episode 1.09 “That Thing We Do”
Trapped with a Watcher in an elevator. Trapped with a Slayer in a cave. Trapped with your might-be-ex boyfriend in a bar.
It's all in a day's work.

Sha is released and goes on a rampage. Ashley takes this opportunity and brings Asta one step closer to his side.
Episode 1.11 “Dana”

Astwihad uses Dana, a deranged, tortured vampire slayer, as a pawn in his mind games with Asta.
Episode 1.12 “Like Father”[/url]
Asta’s father makes a surprise visit to Hades Valley and has plans to bring Asta back to New York. This causes Xander to clash with Asta’s father, causing the dynamics between Asta and her friends to shift.
Tabitha and David realize that that might be something romantic going on between two of their friends.
Episode 1.13 “Soully Yours”[/url]
A sick Pike gets admitted to the hospital after collapsing during patrol. Tabitha blames Asta for Pike being in the hospital and a rift forms between the two girls.
Also, a hunter collecting souls of a slayer comes to Hades Valley with Asta as her next target.
Episode 1.14 “The Importance of Being Asta”

When everyone finds out that Asta might not be just a Slayer, Asta runs to Ashley for answers. Ashley is more than happy to help.
Meanwhile, more information on Ahriman is revealed as the gang looks for answers regarding a demon in one of Asta's vision.
Episode 1.15 “Flagrante Delicto”[/u][/url]
Love is in the air! Or so they think.
When a love spell goes wrong, the Tabitha, Andrew, Asta and Xander find themselves falling in love with each other. It's up to David and Pike to reverse the spell and stop their friends from doing something that they would regret.
Episode 1.16 “Things I Don’t Understand”[/url]
On a routine patrol, the gang stumbled upon a demon, Nivek, being tortured by vampires. With little information that they have, the gang aren’t sure whether Nivek belong to the good guys or the bad guys.
And as Asta searches for more answers about herself, she struggles with who she really and finds herself in a situation that may give her the answer she finally needs

Asta becomes Astwihad’s puppet as he leads her on a reign of terror on the demons in Hades Valley.

Asta and her friends struggle to deal with the fallout from Asta’s rampage.

Tragedy strikes as Asta loses someone close to her. With the Slayer drifting away from him, Astwihad plots a move to bring her to his side again.

Asta seemed to have gone over the dark side and her friends are panicking. With almost all the demons in Hades Valley after them, the gang is force to flee.
Astwihad is one step closer in setting Ahriman free.

Ahriman is almost free. Astwihad has his demon army. Asta is on their side. A war is about to begin and Ahriman is that much closer in ruling the world. With everything going against them, Xander, Andrew and the rest are in a bit of a pickle. But help from an unexpected source might just swings things in the gang’s favour.
