Ok, I've figured out what is wrong with my vids not syncing to my iPod. The 'Sync Videos' option wasn't ticked!

How dumb am I?! I just realised this last night.

Now it works. ;D

Don't you have an iPhone, Liz? You could use that till you get a new one. Though I'm not a big fan of putting songs in my phone.

Not sure. When I bought my iPod nano, I really wanted the red or orange but they didn't have it in stock so I'll go with that. But I don't think I'll buy this one anytime soon. Mine is just a year old and my rule is to keep any electrical devices for at least 2 years before I change it.

Might get it next year as a graduation gift to myself. ;D

I ended up with the blue one as well, Nico. They only have the black, purple, silver and blue left. I've seen someone with the purple and I think I should have gone with that instead of the blue.

So after 3+ years, my iPod Nano has started to give me problems. The earphone jack isn't working properly. Or I think it's the earphone jack. I can hear music through my earphones but I can't control the volume and music is still coming out through the iPod's speaker as if I don't have any earphones in. Tried with many other earphones and it's the same.

It's time for a change anyway so might call it quits and get a new one. But I can't decide whether to get another Nano or a iPhone Touch.

Suggestions?

You don't use your phone for music too?? I really only use my iPod in the car for long trips these days, otherwise i just use my phone with earplugs or in my docks.

What phone do you have already? I'd probably say Nano if you're not interested in apps etc for the Touch.

Not keen on touch as it's so similar to an iPhone. But want a iPhone for the space.

Oh, okay. Well if you've already got an iPhone then I definitely wouldn't bother with a touch. I just use my iPhone, but if you want more room, get a Nano
