It was interesting seeing the back story that is for sure. What a shock that Elijah loved Katherine. Was anyone immune to her? Ever  End of the season sure is ramping up! I think ND and IS are together. Lucky bitch |

Guys can you please put what episode you are posting about in every post please, it is very hard to know which posts are about which episodes and what to look at. Australia is I think a week behind and others may want to look back later when watching to the relevant episodes without getting spoiled. Episode 18 I am also not liking Matt. I don't know WTF he is thinking. I know not everyone is going to be ok with the whole vampire thing but sheesh, don't be such a dirtbag - she saved your life moron.
I didn't believe Bonnie's death so I wasn't very upset about it. The actors played it well, I just didn't believe they would kill off such a crucial character. And Damon's little "could we do something to shift odds more your way" made me think those two had been up to something.
Looking forward to the next ep. |

Episode 20 My god TVD is crazy!! Damon has gotten bitten by a werewolf so should be screwed. Elena has Damon's blood in her so could be a vampire if the ritual goes as planned. Jenna already IS a vampire. Matt sort of came good for a minute there. Alaric is fine even though he was totally drained of blood. Tyler is back. Where the frick is Bonnie?? Where is Jeremy?? This show rocks |

20 Poor Damon, always falling off the wagon he made a pretty bold statement (I know he already told her he loved her) . I liked Elijah in this episode to & Matt about time he stepped up, these people are his best friends and Girlfriend he has known Elena all of his life it is about time he atleast manned up and got involved. Was really surprised to see no Bonnie/Jeremy I thought the scene where Elena said to Stefan she didn't want to be vampire and started crying was heartbreaking. It mad me embarrassed that I ever used twilight in the same sentence as VD .  |

20 It was sad i agree. And the way Stefan coaxed it out of her and was so absolutely ok with it and understanding was very sweet. Its why i still like them together even though Damon is so damn beautiful and awesome If they stop the curse i hope its after Jules is dead. I really hate her. Where the hell are they going to go with Jenna being a vampire?! I just don't know. And yes you should be very ashamed Nico  |

21 Holy f**k. Seriously. I've never known a show like this before Felt horrible when Jenna died  And even John surprisingly. That was quite a sacrifice for his daughter. Good on him. That letter was incredibly sad. Elijah you dumbshit. I trusted you  Good to have Tyler back. Him and Caroline are smoking together. So much better than moron Matt. Bonnie was awesome, Stefan too. So was the delicious Damon of course. My god Nina Dobrev is a good actress. She owned so many moments last night. Now to what happens with that bite.... I saw a post today saying Sun and Moon was crap, Rose died because Damon staked her not because of the bite and to trust in Katherine  |

21 Sad that Jenna died also and John, I was beginning to like him his death was pretty well done you could see he was a peace with his decision. Loved Bonnie in this episode protecting Jeremy & Alaric. Also loved her "Do it and I will kill you both" Elijah "You will die" "I don't care" . Damon "If you come back a Vampire I will stake you myself, I couldn't bare you hating me forever" I am confused about the Sun & Moon, I thought Elijah already told them it was false? don't know how much his word holds nowadays! I will have to rewatch the rose episode that was a while back. Didn't Klaus tell Stefan he had other plans for him? |

22 WTF? How are they back?! It makes no sense Perhaps Jeremy is haunted now. It's "the consequence" for coming back from the dead Caroline's mother pissed me off. Caroline continues to be cool. Where was Tyler?? Stefan is now a badie? Leaves the door open for Damon and Elena I guess. And wow.... Declarations of love. A kiss. Bed time. It was awesome. Season 3 will be great ;D |

22 The whole Consequences thing reminded me of Buffy, they were all haunted after that and she was never the same again so I had a feeling Jeremy was going to be haunted by something. I am assuming somehow he can now see spirits of the Vampires ? it would keep Jenna in VD |

So I started watching this when it first aired. I probably watch the first 5, or so, episodes, then for some reason stopped watching. I'm watching the first season now since the 2nd will be on DVD at the end of the month. I really enjoy it, but I can't get over the Buffy similarities. It's not a bad thing necessarily, just interesting. |

Basically Elena is Buffy (without the slayer stuff), Stefan is Angel (broody, good vampire), and Damon is Spike (bad, hot vampire). Elena's best friend (Buffy's best friend) is a witch, Bonnie (Willow). While watching it, I just noticed a lot of similarities. Like I said before, I don't think it's a bad thing, because I'm really enjoying the show. If I remember/notice more, I'll let you know.

I saw promos on the site, one particularly involving Elena and Damon was great! I love how he is always calm and normal even when naked  . |
