Joss Whedon Meets with FX PresidentI think Joss needs a cable show. It just makes more sense with his crazy ideas, and he would have more freedom to do what he wants to do. What do you all think?? Obviously this is a stretch, but I would hate to think Dollhouse is the last thing he does for a while ...

While I don't believe DH will be the last TV show he'll do, I doubt he has a new project ready this soon. Look at how long DH came to our screens.  But I do hope we see something from him though. People need to start seeing him as a genius and not the creator of Buffy.  |

Well I think those two come hand in hand. But I agree, he probably doesn't have a full idea right now. I wonder how Joss would do with a non-Supernatural/Sci-fi show. His dialogue and characters are awesome, so I'm curious to see him do something a little out of his comfort zone. |

Well, he is directing an upcoming episode of Glee, so it will be interesting to see how he goes!
I just saw on Wikipedia that he co-wrote a new movie called The Cabin in the Woods. It looks like a typical horror movie, but Amy Acker and Tom Lenk are both in it, so maybe it'll be better than it sounds.

There's a lot of hype around that movie and I've read that it's going to be THE best horror movie to hit theatres in a long time.
I will definitely catch it.

From the looks of it, it seems like it'll be a parody-type flick. See here. I also read that they are probably making it in 3D which will delay the release date. I'll definitely see it! |
