Just talk about random music stuff in here I guess. I saw a little bit of the Brit Awards. Lady Gaga looked like a giant feather duster. Lily Allan sounded bad and the yellow wig, WTF?? Robbie Williams, always awesome

Lady Gaga is great. Not a huge fan of the Telephone video though....I love Paparazzi and Bad Romance, but Telephone just doesn't do it for me. I do like the song though.
What news songs are everyone listening to right now?
I am really liking When I Look At You by Miley Cyrus.

I try to like MC, but I just can't. I give her a chance. I have my own Disney stars that I love, but cannot stand MC. I really like Lady Gaga, too. I only know her singles, but from the ones I've heard, and seeing her perform, I think she's crazy awesome! Otherwise, I haven't really been venturing when it comes to music. Just listening to the same ole' favorites.

There have been few people in this world that i have wanted to punch more than Miley Cyrus. She is beyond aggravating Lady Gaga is a mental case (or pretending to be one). I am very disappointed in my best mate taking my 10 year old goddaughter to her concert next week. I am very much liking John Mayer's song Heartbreak Warfare at the moment. I've never really liked anything he's done before so thats a bit surprising. Also listening to a bit of Wakey Wakey! as well as some old school INXS.

Ooh I wouldn't take a 10 year old to a Gaga concert That is worrying. And I'm surprised they're not 18+!

There's been a lot of talk about people taking their kids, then complaining that is wasn't suitable for kids. Umm have these people seen her in the media or watched the video clips??? I like the first couple of songs she released but nothing since then. My new favourite songs are Timbaland ft Katy Perry (If We Ever Meet Again) and 3OH3 ft Katy Perry (Starstrukk). Olivia likes the song too but gets grumpy cos she can't whistle .

Can't stand Lady Gaga. I have no idea why she's so popular. I find all her songs are the same. I'm pretty disappointed that Beyonce did that video with her. She's so much classier than that! I'm really liking the new song by Timbaland and Justin Timberlake.

Lady Gaga is the single most annoying female on this planet. She is popular because she is shite . I really dislike her and there aren't many artists I can say that about. I like Katy Perry, I like all of her vocals.

Hmm. Every time I've heard Lady gaga sing live, I thought she was good. I guess I've only heard her singles though.

Yes I was very heartbroken. Ed is still going to tour alone playing LIVE songs. But no Chad T, no Chad G, no Pat Ross: Do you remember my roommate Chandler Bing? Missy: Sure, he was in your "band." (Air quotes band) Ross: It's been sixteen years but the air quotes still hurt. Friends (The One Where the Stripper Cries)

I heard about Powderfinger but not LIVE That sucks on both accounts. Bernie will want to go to the Powderfinger show in Canberra now I think, almost thought they were skipping us until I looked again.

I've been listening a lot lately to 2 songs by Friendly Fires - Skeleton Boy and Kiss of Life. Very catchy! Anyone else heard of them?

Hard to describe their sound. There's a bit of pop and dance in their music. Here's their vids for the two songs I mentioned.
This is Kiss of Life (my favourite of the two).
Skeleton Boy (cute video)

Bernie will want to go to the Powderfinger show in Canberra now I think, almost thought they were skipping us until I looked again. I've reserved four tickets each for the Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney shows through NAVY Ticketing just in case I'll let you know when they come through. Who the hell is this Justin Bieber dickhead!?!? The video attached to this article scares me. I didn't know it was possible for so many chippies to assemble in one place. Or that many "like's" to be said in a sentence!!

according to my niece, he's an only-just 16 year old who got discovered on youtube. I cringe every time his songs come on the radio. I saw all the news coverage this morning. How did he rate more broadcasting than the poor veterans who were run over by the truck at Melbourne's march yesterday?
