How much exercise do you normally do per day and week? I don't mean the occasional "Gee I should go to the gym!" I mean whats your regular exercise routine? Or are you a binge exerciser?
I'm lazy, I admit. I rarely do any exercise but I do run around after 3 littlies every day!

I have been working out a lot more lately. My mom and I power walk around town for about 40 minutes every day, I do strength exercises every other day. And since I've been home, I've been using the elliptical and ab lounge. Gotta get in shape for swim suit season.

I go to dance two days a week, yoga every morning, and core-quads-gluts-hamstrings stuff each night. Every other day I take the dogs on a walk for about an hour. Not the best, but I don't think it's too shabby.

I take my dogs for a run every morning and then swim. Sometimes I will swim again in the evening because it relaxes me. I was playing Indoor Cricket one night a week but not anymore and I play football with mates some weeks.

I walk to town once a week (it's about a 45 min walk) and that's about it.
I don't exercise because I never had the reason to do so. I'm always busy and up and about so that covers my exercise, in my opinion. ;D

I go for a walk or a run every day either in the morning first thing or first thing when i get home from work if i was too slack to get out of bed During my lunch hour we walk around the lake three times a week and do a boot camp thing the other two days. On the weekends i try to go for a run or walk at some point but i believe in rest days

I don't do a lot of excercise. I tend to get out for a walk when I'm feeling motivated - which is a lot less often when the weather's cold.

I just got back into my routine now college is over with, every morning is a mixture of Cardio and Power Sculpting , alternating between them. I guess walking into town and to family & friends houses would count to, since they stay a fair bit away.
We also have loads of stairs in our house they can be a pain, feels like it takes forever to get to the bloody kitchen!

Nah, Shaun kills me easily Irene The stuff at work lunches is basically to get out of the office. Spending 9 hours in a row in those buildings will kill you!! And around the lake is an easy stroll - its completely flat. The boot camp stuff is a bit of bitch though. Not only because we do a lot of it in a square in the middle of all the buildings and many, many people could watch us

Me neither, I am to lazy I'm lucky to have a very fast metabolism but I don't really think I'm all that fit anymore. Used to be.

I have a fast metabolism that's why I'm not too bothered with excerise (or my weight). I might be if I didn't have a fast metabolism. But I can't say I'm fit though.

I work at a gym so I do small exercises every day when showing people how to use the equipment, and I work out 3 times a week. If I stopped eating so much crappy food I would be skinny lol.
