So since I've joined the football team, I realised just how unfit I was before! I know have trainings once a week and a game every weekend. I can now go through a 90min game without falling flat on my face in the middle of it. ;D Any of you changed your exercise routine? Picked up one?

I go to the gym at least a couple days a week. My routine varies on the day, so that I get a mix of cardio and weight lifting/core exercises. It's either 20-30 minutes of cardio and about 10 minutes of weights or all weights/core and little, if any, cardio.

I can't exercise as much as I used to and I often find I miss it. I still swim when I can but I miss running the dogs.
