Paul was cool. Especially if you know your sci-fi well I just got back from Captain America. I thought it was excellent. And the little Avengers scene after the credits got me ridiculously excited Come on May 2012!

Horrible Bosses.
Wasn't all that bad, though not the best comedy movie I've seen.

Letters to Juliet I really enjoyed it. Makes me want to go to Italy.

I didn't mind that film but there are better "Italy Movies" I think. My obsession with going there started with Only You back when I was about 14. Continued with Stealing Beauty in the late teens and then there is Shadows in the Sun.... That also made me even more attracted to Joshua Jackson

I saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes today. It was pretty awesome. A lot of cool bits for fans of the original.

The Bang Bang Club. A decent flick, not to mention the eye candy.

TBBC was crazy, I can't even remember if I liked it or not Avatar. Sigourney Weaver is one of Stevens favourite actress' so we (I) decided to give it another chance and it failed me again. For a movie that is practically all CGI the characters are so boring and you don't care about them, I didn't even care which ones died not a good sign with a movie.

Right there with you Nico!! But i refuse to give it a second chance i hated it so much first time around I liked TBBC. Taylor Last movie i saw was Friends with Benefits. I REALLY enjoyed it. I am a Timberlake and Mila fan so that helps, but the two of them have some of the best chemistry i have seen onscreen in quite awhile. They are smoking together. And funny. The first sex scene is hilarious. And spot on in a couple of ways!! Will be getting it on DVD or BRD for sure.

Did you see No Strings Attached? Is it really similar to that?

Did you see No Strings Attached? Is it really similar to that? I own No Strings Attached. I like it too. But i preferred this. I know it has the same idea at the crux of it, but they are very different movies, characters and situations. Think Armageddon and Deep Impact. I was really impressed with JT (who i find i am more and more attracted to ) and MK (who i always thought was cool). So great together. And clearly very comfortable. Would have had to have been for a few of the scenes!! Cool little cameos at the start too

Sucker Punch: I thought it was awful. They used some fantastic music to disguise the fact this movie is a bunch of codswallop. The action was enjoyable but the fact that it was all imaginary just not my cup of tea the plot was thin as paper. The characters were so boring I stopped watching and tidied the living room instead at least the soundtrack gave me something to listen to.
Despicable me: This movie was cute as are all animated movies. I laughed and even Emily watched a wee bit it was a perfect afternoon movie!.
Easy A: I saw this on the plane and didn't finish it but rewatching it in the house I really enjoyed it, lots of comedy and something different to the usual.

I watched Scream 4 on the plane. I thought it was pretty good - especially the start. I liked how the main teenagers resembled the group from the first film. What did you think, Loz?

I thought it wasn't bad at all. Certainly better than S3. The film within a film within a film start was excellent. Lots of familiar faces getting stabbed! Lots of in jokes for people who know the trilogy well too which I liked. Williamson was all over it which is never a bad thing. I picked Charlie as a killer early on. But wasn't entirely shocked that it was Jill behind it all. Insane fights between her and her cousin!! Her bashing herself up was pretty disturbing too I thought. The motivation was timely and interesting too.

Yeah, I thought that Charlie would be a killer, but Jill surprised me! So gross the way she was beating herself up! I thought Emma Roberts did a good job, as did Rory Culkin (I have a soft spot for Culkins ). I heard it was going to have sequels - I wonder how that work, or if it will even happen since the box office was fairly low?
