How is that making sense? He wants to rescue Caroline, not get her help. Why would he have any possible reason to think she knows more about the place than the other Dolls? His entire info about Caroline came from the video and photo Alpha sent him. Yes he heard her message, he also got one from November as Mellie. So nope, had nothing to do with him thinking she knew all about what was going on as he knew nothing about Caroline. He had seen some of her 'characters' the same as he had seen one of Novembers.

As I pointed out, they showed quite clearly with him using Mellie after knowing she was a doll that he is obsessed with Caroline.

You may be meaning in Season 2 he thinks that, but in Season 1 it is pure obsession and he knows nothing at all about Caroline or Echo. He does not know then that she is different to the other Dolls.

Hmm you could be right. I'm just going by what I remember from season 1. It's been awhile since I saw it and I'm pretty sure I got some of the storyline from season 2 mixed up with season 1.

I know in Season 2 he works more closely with Echo and the Dollhouse, but in Season 1 he really knows nothing at all about Caroline. I hate the obsessive and creepy characters in Joss' shows but hopefully he is redeemed a bit in season 2.

His feelings for Caroline do grow from that.

My favourite was probably DeWitt.

DeWitt was great! I tried so hard not to like her, and did a little in the early episodes when we didn't see the entire picture. But even early on there was just something about her that I couldn't love her, but I couldn't help but like her.

I like her a lot more in Season 2. I wasn't a big fan of her in season 1.

I quite liked her in Season 1, and I haven't seen most of Season 2. She is a completely ruthless bitch
