Having just watched Needs I thought I'd start a thread on the Dolls original personalities.
Echo v Caroline
So far, Echo all the way. She may be child-like and have almost no personality (so far) but Caroline is an annoying cow Every time I've seen flashbacks to her, or in this episode, I just want to slap her In Needs especially she jumps straight to her conclusion that she is 'saving' everyone - even though she has no memory of how she got there. The same is a bit true for the others, they all assume they are prisoners, but the others just want to get out for themselves. Of course it does look like they are being brainwashed but as Dr Saunders rightly pointed out, letting them loose in that state is not saving them, was she planning on looking after them all once they were released? There is no Big Picture outlook for Caroline.
Sierra v her original personality
Haven't seen enough to judge really. I did like that she had her Aus accent in her original form.
November v Madeline
I haven't seen far enough to see her in her original body other than her grief over her daughter. I do know that this gets further looked at in season 2 once Ballard gets her freedom though so this one should have lots of talking points.
Victor v .... his name is?
I really liked Victor's original personality in Needs, though I also like him as a Doll. Liked learning how he looks after Sierra in his Doll Form and that they both remember that.
Whiskey v Dr Saunders v whoever she was originally
No comments from me yet, she hasn't been revealed as a Doll yet.
